GT Predictor Contest - Terms and Conditions | IPL 2026

  1. The Contest
    1. Theseterms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the 'GT Predictor Contest' ("Contest"). The Contest is organized by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (formerly Irelia Sports India Private Limited) ("TGTPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or "GT"). The Contest is offered by TGTPL on GT's TitansFAM App ("Platform").
    2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. Joining the Contest in the manner provided under clause 2 hereinbelow or acceptance of a Prize in the manner provided under clause 4 hereinbelow, shall constitute unconditional and unequivocal acceptance of these Terms.
  2. Submission Guidelines
    1. Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest ("Participant")on their own behalf only. Where any person between the ages of 13-18 seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of their parent/legal guardian and upon such person Joining the Contest, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from their parent/legal guardian. TGTPL reserves the right to demand proof from any individual, of their age and residence and in respect of individuals between the ages of 13-18, proof of consent from their parent/legal guardian for participation in the Contest. Where the above demand is not met, the individual in question will be disqualified from the Contest.
    2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
    3. Only individuals who have a 'User Account' on the Platform ("Account") shall be eligible to participate in the Contest ("Eligible Individuals").
    4. To participate in the Contest, Eligible Individuals are required to sign into the Platform, and submit their prediction of which player of the GT team in Indian Premier League 2026 ("IPL 2026") will be: (a) GT's highest run-scorer in IPL 2026 ("Outcome 1"); and (b) GT's highest wicket-taker in IPL 2026 ("Outcome 2" and together with Outcome 1, the "Outcomes"). Eligible Individuals may make their predictions for both Outcomes through dropdown options made available for each Outcome on the Platform. The submission of the predictions to both Outcomes shall constitute a "Submission" by such Eligible Individual.
    5. A Submission from an Eligible Individual constitutes the Eligible Individual's official entry into the Contest("Joining").
    6. EachParticipant may submit a maximum of one (1) Submission for the Contest and may review and edit their Submission before final submission. It is clarified that once a Submission is submitted by a Participant, it shall constitute the final Submission, after which the Participant may not revise their predictions for either of the Outcomes.
  3. Opening and Closing Date
    1. The Contest's opening time and closing time:
      • Opening time: May 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM IST; and
      • Closing time: May 26, 2026 at 7:30 PM IST.
    2. You will not be eligible to participate in the Contest once the deadline lapses, e., once the Contest closes as set out under clause 3.1(b) above.
    3. TGPTL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction orany other issues which may result from your Account not being properly registered on the Platforms or deregistered for whatsoever reason.
  4. Prize
    1. Submissions will be judged on whether the Participants have correctly predicted both Outcomes, subject to the terms contained herein. You acknowledge and agree that the decision of TGTPL on the correctness and validity of the answers provided shall be final and binding. No complaints, disputes or objections regarding the selection of Winners (as defined below) or any other aspect of the Contest will be entertained.
    2. Participant selected as Winners shall stand a chance to win one (1) official lavender GT jersey signed by the GT cricket team, on a best effort basis ("Prize").
    3. No more than five (5) Participants who predict the Outcomes correctly in their Submissions relative to other Participants shall stand a chance to be selected as winners of the Contest ("Winners") in the manner specified below.
    4. Accordingly, Participants who have predicted both Outcomes correctly shall be entered into an eligibility pool of Participants for the Prize ("FirstPrize Pool"). From among the Participants that have been entered into the First Prize Pool, the Winners of the Prize will be determined through a computerized randomiser tool ("Randomiser"). The Randomiser will select five (5) Participants as Winners and each Winner shall receive one (1) Prize. In the event that less than five (5) Participants have predicted both Outcomes correctly, the Participants who have predicted at least one (1) Outcomes correctly relative to other Participants (other than Participants that have predicted both Outcomes correctly) shall be entered into a second eligibility pool of Participants for the number of remaining designated Prizes ("Second Prize Pool"), and from among the Participants that have been entered into the Second Prize Pool, the Randomiser will select the remaining Winners of the Prizes (after the determination of Winners from the First Prize Pool), and each such Winner shall receive one (1) Prize. It is clarified that in the event of a tie of GT players in Outcome 1 or Outcome 2, all GT players that are tied for such Outcome shall be considered valid Outcomes for the purposes of this Contest. You acknowledge and agree that the results of the Randomiser selection are final and binding with respect to all Submissions and the Participants.
    5. EachParticipant adjudged Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by TGTPL to validate their victory and received the Prize.
    6. The Prize awarded under these Terms shall be distributed to the respective Winners after the completion of the Contest. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize shall be intimated to each Winner on the mobile number associated with their Account.
    7. Any Participant between the ages of 13-18 winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the Prize unless they are represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on their behalf.
    8. TGPTLreserves the right to substitute the Prize with another without providing any notice.
    9. A Participant adjudged a Winner may be required to submit a video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by TGTPL, at no additional cost or charge to TGTPL.
    10. Any costs incurred for availing/using the Prize shall be to the account of and borne wholly by the Participant.
  5. Legal
    1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the Platform or otherwise to TGTPL, you agree to grant TGTPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to otherwise use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, location, the Submission, and the Testimonial. You further agree and acknowledge that TGTPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The Winners must, at the request of TGTPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to TGTPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional activities undertaken by TGTPL.
    2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TGTPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relatingto: (i) your failure to comply with any terms and conditions prescribed by TGTPL by which you are bound; (ii) any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you; (iii) any breach of applicable law by you; or (iv) any acts or omissions on your part in bad faith.
    3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. TGTPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against TGTPL in relation thereto.
    4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions("Platform Terms") will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms and/or these Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then TGTPL has the right to cancel such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at TGTPL's discretion), and you agree to refund the value of the Prize (as required by TGTPL).
    5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
      1. TGPTL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
      2. TGPTLshall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the Prize or taking the benefit of the Prize or any injury to the Participant or any damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
      3. The Contest is subject to Force Majeure Events (as defined herein). A "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any event beyond the reasonable control of TGPTL, including without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action, hostilities, terrorist action or the threat thereof, civil commotion or disturbances, disruption due to general or local elections, invasion, riots, war, threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, any act of God and any legislation, regulation, order, notification or ruling of any government, court or other such competent authority or authority for the sport of cricket, including without limitation IPL, BCCI, ICC or any committee thereof. TGPTL shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to Participants as a result of a Force Majeure Event, e.g., suspension of the Contest, denying Participants the opportunity to take benefit of the Prize, etc.
      4. The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
      5. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
      6. In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize/complete the required formalities within the timeline stated by TGPTL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and TGPTLshall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
      7. You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a Prize to you.
      8. Onlythe Participant who submits a Submission through the Account shall be eligible to be selected as a Winner. No other person shall be entitled to win or claim the Prize.
      9. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any personal information provided by you to TGPTL will be in accordance with TGPTL's privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
    6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to email communication/newsletters, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from TGPTL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.
  6. General

    7. TGPTL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for Joining; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches the Platform Terms and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    8. The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or your participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
