From Sai Kishore and Shahrukh Khan turning out for Tamil Nadu to Anuj Rawat playing for Delhi and Jayant Yadav joining Puducherry, here’s the full list of Titans and their teams for this year’s Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2025–26.
The Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT) 2025–26, India’s premier domestic T20 competition, is set to begin on 26th November 2025 and will run until 18th December 2025.
As excitement builds, several of our Gujarat Titans stars are gearing up to represent their respective state teams, aiming to deliver strong performances ahead of the next IPL season.
Their participation in this high-intensity tournament will not only help sharpen form but also provide an excellent platform to showcase their skills on the domestic stage.
Sai Kishore, one of GT’s most valuable spin assets, will once again don the Tamil Nadu jersey. Known for his accuracy and leadership with the ball, he is expected to be a key figure in the team’s bowling attack. In the previous season, he went on to take nine wickets in seven matches while maintaining an economy of 7.52.
Joining him in the Tamil Nadu lineup is the explosive middle-order batter Shahrukh Khan, whose power-hitting abilities can tilt games in moments.
Dynamic wicketkeeper-batter Anuj Rawat will turn out for Delhi, bringing his aggressive top-order batting to the fore.
Arshad Khan, the versatile left-arm all-rounder, will represent Madhya Pradesh, where his swing bowling and lower-order hitting could prove vital. Last year, he picked up seven wickets in just three matches with a noteworthy economy of 4.30.
Youngster Kumar Kushagra, known for his fearless stroke play and sharp keeping skills, will represent Jharkhand. Promising left-arm spinner Manav Suthar, who impressed with his control and temperament, will feature for Rajasthan as he looks to build on his growing reputation.
Punjab will be bolstered by the presence of Gurnoor Brar, a pace-bowling all-rounder capable of impactful spells with the ball and handy contributions with the bat.
Rising star Nishant Sindhu will represent Haryana, bringing his all-round abilities and youthful energy to the tournament. In the 2024 season, Sindhu notched up 200 runs in just seven matches while striking at 145.98 including an unbeaten 100 and a fifty to his name.
35-year old off-spinner Jayant Yadav will play for Puducherry, adding stability and depth to their bowling department.
As these Gujarat Titans players take the field for their state teams, the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy promises to be a stage full of opportunity—one that could set the tone for the upcoming cricketing year.
Wishing all our players the very best for the tournament!
