These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are with reference to your participation in the GT Spin It To Win It offering (“Offering”). The Offering is being extended by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (formerly Irelia Sports India Private Limited) (“TGTPL”), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional Twenty20 cricket team (“Gujarat Titans” or “GT”). GT is offering the Contest on GT’s official website located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/ or TitansFAM App (collectively, the Platform).
For the purpose of these Terms, “you” and “your” shall mean any individual who wishes to participate/participates in the Offering. By participating in the Offering/accepting the rewards made available as part of the Offering, you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.
Offering Term
The Offering shall open on 3rd May 2026 at 12:00 PM IST and close at such time and date as determined by TGTPL (“Offering Term”).
You will not be eligible to participate in the Offering once the Offering Term is over, i.e., once the Offering closes as set out under sub-clause a above.
TGTPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from your Account (as defined herein) not being properly registered on the Platform or deregistered for whatsoever reason.
Participation
Only individuals who have a ‘User Account’ on the Platform (“Account”) shall be eligible to participate in the Offering (“Users”).
No participation by proxy will be allowed.
Only where the Gujarat Titans team has won a match in the Indian Premier League 2026 (“IPL 2026”), a virtual spin-the-wheel feature (“Spin-the-Wheel”) shall be made available on the Platform for a period of one (1) day after such match (“Match Window”). For example, if the Gujarat Titans team win a match in the IPL 2026 on 3rd May 2026, the Match Window for the Spin-the-Wheel in respect of such match shall be the day after such match, i.e., 4th May 2026. Users that participate in the Spin-the-Wheel during a Match Window in the manner set out in sub-clause d below shall receive any one (1) of the following rewards (each a “Reward”):
Fifty (50) GT Reward loyalty points (“Points”); or
Hundred (100) Points; or
Two Hundred (200) Points; or
Three Hundred (300) Points; or
Four Hundred (400) Points; or
Five Hundred (500) Points.
Users participating in the Spin-the-Wheel during a Match Window shall be presented with a virtual wheel consisting of six (6) sectors, each of which will contain one (1) guaranteed Reward. The User may tap the ‘Spin’ button and a pointer on the virtual wheel will land on one (1) sector of the wheel, and the User will receive the Reward displayed on such sector. The Points earned by a User shall be credited to such User’s Account within three to five (3-5) business days after the completion of the relevant Match Window, and the Points earned shall be subject to the terms and conditions governing Points (“Points Terms”).
Users may participate in the Spin-the-Wheel only once during one (1) Match Window in the Offering Term. In the event that the Spin-the-Wheel is made available to a User more than once during a Match Window, TGTPL shall reserve the right to determine which spin shall be considered for the purpose of the Offering.
It is expressly clarified that the Spin-the-Wheel shall be made available on the Platform for the duration of the Match Window only in the event that the Gujarat Titans team win a match in IPL 2026 during the Offering Term.
TGTPL’s decision on whether any individual is eligible to be a participant in the Offering shall be final and shall not be open to challenge.
Prize
In addition to the Reward, during each Match Window, a User may stand to win one (1) Prize (as defined herein). From among the Users that participate in the Spin-the-Wheel during a Match Window, the recipients of the Prize (“Recipients”) will be determined through a computerised randomiser tool (“Randomiser”). The Randomiser will select a maximum of two (2) eligible individuals from among the Users as Recipients during a particular Match Window and each such Recipient shall receive one (1) 2026 GT match jersey (“Prize”).
There will be a maximum of two (2) Recipients of the Prize during a Match Window, and the Recipients selected will be contacted by TGTPL on the mobile number associated with their Account registered with GT on the Platform.
Each Recipient of the Prize will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by TGTPL to validate their selection and claim the Prize.
Prizes will be distributed to the respective Recipients after the completion of the Offering. Information pertaining to the location, venue, and time to collect the Prize will be intimated to each Recipient on the mobile number associated with their Account on the Platform.
TGTPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another, without providing any notice.
The User selected as a Recipient and accepting the Prize may be required to submit an image of themselves, a written testimonial, and/or a video testimonial (“Testimonial”), as requested by TGTPL, at no additional cost or charge to TGTPL.
Any costs incurred for collecting/using the Prize (e.g., travel costs to collect the Prize) shall be to the account of and borne wholly by the Recipient.
Legal
Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the Platform or otherwise to TGTPL, you agree to grant TGTPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, photograph, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that TGTPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever all communication or feedback provided by you. The Recipients who accept the Prize must, at the request of TGTPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receipt of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to TGTPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by TGTPL.
Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TGTPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to (i) your failure to comply with any terms and conditions prescribed by TGTPL by which you are bound; (ii) any breach of a third party’s rights of any nature by you; (iii) any breach of applicable law by you; or (iv) any acts or omissions on your part in bad faith.
Waiver: Your participation in the Offering is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. TGTPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Offering, and you waive any claims against TGTPL in relation thereto.
Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms, Points Terms, and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions (“Platform Terms”) will automatically void your participation in the Offering. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms, Points Terms and/or these Terms is discovered after the award of the Prize, TGTPL has the right to require the return of such Prize and/or require the refund of the value of the Prize (at TGTPL’s discretion), and you agree to, the above. It is clarified that additional costs (if any) incurred by TGTPL in awarding the Prize to a different User (if TGTPL so opts to do), will also be required to be made good by you on demand.
Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any User as a result of participation in the Offering or accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the User’s or any other person’s personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Offering.
The Prize is personal to the Recipients and is not transferrable.
No Prize will be given if the information furnished by the User at the time of the Offering, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
In the event a Recipient does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize within the timeline stated by TGTPL, such User shall forfeit the Prize being given, and TGTPL shall have the right to award the same Prize (s) to other User(s).
You are aware that participation in the Offering does not guarantee a Prize to you.
Promotional Communication : You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from TGTPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.
General TGTPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms, including insertion of additional terms without notice; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prize associated with the Offering; (iii) disqualify any User who breaches the Platform Terms, Points Terms and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Offering at any stage.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction The Offering shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offering and/or your participation in the Offering will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
