1. THE CONTEST

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the 2026 World Cup Contest' ("Contest"). The Contest is being organized by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) ("TGTPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or "GT"). GT is offering the Contest on GT's TitansFAM Application ("App").
2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest.

2. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest ("Participant") on their own behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian.
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. Only individuals who have a ‘User Account' on the App ("Account") shall be eligible to participate in the Contest ("Users").

3. OPENING AND CLOSING DATE

1. The Contest shall open on 07 February 2026 at 12:00 AM IST, and close on 08 March at 11:59 PM IST ("Contest Period"). The Contest Period shall coincide with an international cricket tournament played in the T20 cricket format ("Competition"). The Contest shall be conducted on all days on which the Men's Indian National Team ("India") is playing a match in the Competition ("IndiaMatchday"). Participants shall participate in a trivia quiz ("Quiz") on the App, on each India Matchday that falls within the Contest Period. It is hereby clarified that Participants must submit their answers to the Quiz questions on each respective India Matchday before the commencement of the corresponding India match or such other deadline as may be specified by TGTPL for that India Matchday.
2. TGTPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from exchanging messages with any number in relation to or with reference to your participation in the Contest.

4. PRIZE

1. Winners of the Contest ("Winners") will be determined based on based on the cumulative answer points earned by each Participant through the Quiz conducted across India Matchdays during the Contest Period. The Quiz shall comprise three (3) trivia questions presented to Users via an App popup prior to or during an India Matchday. The three (3) trivia questions to be answered shall change after the completion of each India Matchday. Participants shall earn one (1) answer point for each correct answer submitted, with a maximum of three (3) answer points available per India Matchday. Participants may participate in the Quiz on multiple India Matchdays, and their final score shall be calculated as the aggregate of all answer points accumulated across all India Matchdays in which they participated.
2. Winners shall be determined as follows: Participants shall be ranked in descending order based on their total accumulated answer points. The top-scoring Participants shall be designated as Winners, subject to the maximum number of Winners specified in Clause (iii) below. In the event of a tie wherein multiple Participants have accumulated identical total answer points, a computerized randomizer tool ("Randomizer") shall be employed to select the final Winners from among the tied Participants, subject to clause (iii) below. GT reserves the right to declare no Winners and award no Prizes in the event that no Participant correctly answers any question throughout the entire duration of the Contest.
3. There will bea maximum of ten (10) Winners in the Contest, determined first by the highest cumulative answer points and subsequently by randomizer selection in cases of tied scores. The Participants adjudged Winners shall be contacted by TGTPL on the mobile number used by him/her to create an Account.
4. Each Participant adjudged as a Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by TGTPL to validate his/her victory and award the Prize (as defined below).
5. The prize for each Participant adjudged a Winner ("Prize") shall be one (1) Gujarat Titans Match Jersey (2026 edition). The Prize shall be fulfilled and dispatched to the Winners after the official launch of the 2026 GT Match Jersey. TGTPL shall contact the Winners prior to dispatch of the Prize, on the mobile number used by him/her to create an Account, to collect delivery address details and any other information required for Prize fulfillment. All costs associated with the delivery of the Prize shall be borne by TGTPL. Any other costs, expenses, or charges not explicitly covered herein shall be borne solely by the Winners at their own cost and expense.
6. Any Participant between the age of 13 to 18 years winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the Prize unless, he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.
7. TGTPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another without providing any notice.
8. The Participant adjudged the Winner may be required to submit a video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by TGTPL, at no additional cost or charge to TGTPL.

5. LEGAL

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content to the App or otherwise to TGTPL, you agree to grant TGTPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that TGTPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The eligible Winners must, at the request of TGTPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to TGTPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by TGTPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TGTPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you/attributable to you.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. TGTPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against TGTPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and/or the Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions("GT Terms and Conditions") (if applicable) will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the GT Terms and Conditions (if applicable) and/or these Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then TGTPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at TGTPL's discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by TGTPL).
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. TGTPLshall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   2. TGTPLshall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
   3. The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
   4. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   5. In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize within the timeline stated by TGTPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and TGTPL shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
   6. You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a Prize to you.
   7. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to TGTPL will be in accordance with TGTPL's privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from TGTPLfrom time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

6. GENERAL

TGTPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for submission of Responses; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches the GT Terms and Conditions (if applicable) and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or your participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
