1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are with reference to your participation in the “Aava De Garba Challenge” Contest (“Contest”). The Contest is being organized by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (formerly Irelia Sports India Private Limited) (“TGTPL”), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team (“Gujarat Titans”/“GT”).
2. For the purpose of these Terms, “you” and “your” shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. By submitting an Entry (as defined herein), you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.  

1. The Contest shall open on 12 October 2026 and close on 20 October 2026 (“Contest Period”).
2. No Entry submitted will be accepted once the Contest Period lapses.
3. TGTPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any issues which may result from submitting Entries in relation to or with reference to your participation in the Contest.

1. Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest (“Participant”) on their own behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of their parent/legal guardian and on the submission of an Entry, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from their parent/legal guardian. In addition to the foregoing, a Participant must be following GT's official Instagram page (gujarat_titans) at the time of submitting an Entry and continuing until the Prize is awarded, to be eligible to win, and TGTPL reserves the right to verify such compliance before declaring any Participant a Winner.
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. In order to participate in the Contest, during the Contest Period, a Participant must: (i) follow GT’s official Instagram page (gujarat_titans); (ii) upload, on the Participant’s public Instagram profile, a reel of the Participant performing garba while incorporating GT’s signature “Aava De” step (the “Reel”); and (iii) tag GT’s official Instagram handle (gujarat_titans) in both the Reel and the caption of the Reel (a Reel uploaded and tagged in accordance with this paragraph, an “Entry”).
4. It is clarified that for a valid entry into the Contest, an Entry must be posted from the Participant’s own public Instagram account, and not from an Instagram account associated with a third party. The Reel must be the Participant’s alone, and the Participant’s Instagram profile must remain public, and the Reel must remain uploaded and tagged as required above, at least until TGTPL has declared the Winners (as defined herein). TGTPL may disqualify any Participant who fails to comply with these Terms.

1. There will be thirty (30) winners in the Contest (each, a “Winner”). The Winners shall be such Participants the content of whose Entries are adjudged to be the best by the TGTPL content team in its sole judgement, which judgment or the manner in which it was arrived at shall not be open to challenge. Thus, complaints, disputes, or objections regarding the selection of Winners or any other aspect of the Contest will not be entertained. TGTPL shall determine which of the Winners is to be placed first (the “1st Place Winner”).
2. Participants selected as Winners shall be contacted by TGTPL by way of a direct message sent to the Instagram account from which the winning Entry was posted.
3. The Participants selected as the Winners will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by TGTPL to validate their victory and award the relevant Prize.
4. The Winners will stand to win the following rewards (each, a “Prize”): (i) each of the thirty (30) Winners will receive signed Gujarat Titans merchandise; (ii) the 1st Place Winner will, in addition to the signed merchandise, receive one (1) GT duffel bag containing exclusive goodies; (iii) twenty (20) Winners will each receive an exclusive opportunity to visit Narendra Modi Stadium and watch the Gujarat Titans train live (the “Stadium Experience”); and (iv) ten (10) Winners will each receive an exclusive opportunity to interact with Gujarat Titans players through a virtual meet-and-greet (the “Virtual Interaction”). The twenty (20) Stadium Experiences and the ten (10) Virtual Interactions shall be allocated amongst the thirty (30) Winners randomly using a computerized randomizer tool. The date, time and venue (or platform) of the Stadium Experience and the Virtual Interaction shall be determined by TGTPL in its sole discretion. The Stadium Experience and the Virtual Interaction consist solely of access to the relevant event, and it is clarified that TGTPL shall not bear, reimburse or otherwise be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs incurred by the relevant Winner (or any other person) in connection with attending the Stadium Experience or availing of any Prize, all of which shall be borne by the relevant Winner.
5. Information pertaining to: (i) location, venue and the time to collect the merchandise; and (ii) location, venue, platform and time of the Stadium Experience and the Virtual Interaction, will be communicated to the relevant Winner via the Instagram account from which the winning Entry was posted. The Stadium Experience shall be subject to the rules and security requirements of Narendra Modi Stadium and to GT’s training schedule, and TGTPL may reschedule, modify or cancel any Stadium Experience or Virtual Interaction at its discretion. Attendance at the Stadium Experience is at the relevant Winner’s own risk, and TGTPL does not guarantee any interaction with, or any photograph or autograph from, any player or member of GT’s team during the Stadium Experience.
6. Participants between the ages of 13 to 18 winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the Prize unless they are represented by the parent/guardian, and the parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on their behalf.
7. TGTPL reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another without providing any notice.
8. Participants adjudged the Winners may be required to submit a video testimonial (“Testimonial”), as requested by TGTPL, at no additional cost or charge to TGTPL.

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content to the Contest, you agree to grant TGTPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your Entry (including the Reel), your name, username, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that TGTPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The eligible Winners must, at the request of TGTPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to TGTPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by TGTPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TGTPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a third party’s rights of any nature by you.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. TGTPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against TGTPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of the Terms will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then TGTPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at TGTPL’s discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by TGTPL).
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
1. TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
2. TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
3. The Prize is personal to the relevant Winner and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
4. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participants at the time of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
5. In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect their Prize within the timeline stated by TGTPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and TGTPL shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
6. You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a prize to you.
7. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to TGTPL will be in accordance with TGTPL’s privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to email communication/newsletters, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from TGTPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

TGTPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for submission of Entries; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.
