1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the GT Diwali 2025 Offering ("Offering"). The Offering is being extended by Irelia Sports India Private Limited ("ISIPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional Twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or "GT"). The Offering is being extended on the TitansFAM App (the "Platform").
2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate/participates in the Offering. By participating in the Offering/accepting the rewards made available as part of the Offering, you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.

1. The Diwali Pop-Up (as defined herein) section of the Offering shall open on October 17, 2025 at 10:00 AM IST and close on October 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM IST ("Diwali Pop-Up Term").
2. The Submissions Contest (as defined herein) section of the Offering shall open on October 19, 2025 at 12:00 AM IST and close on October 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM IST ("Submissions ContestTerm").
3. You will not be eligible to participate or continue participating in the Offering once the relevant deadline lapses i.e., once the relevant sections of the Offering close as set out under sub-clauses (a) and (b) above.
4. ISIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from your Account (as defined herein) not being properly registered on the Platform or deregistered for whatsoever reason.

1. Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may participate in the Offering on their own behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Offering, such person shall require the consent of their parent/legal guardian and upon such person joining the Offering, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from their parent/legal guardian.
2. Only individuals who have a 'User Account' on the Platform ("Account") shall be eligible to participate in the Offering ("Users").
3. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
4. A virtual 'Light the Firecracker' feature ("Light the Firecracker") shall be made available on the Platform, which will involve a short interactive activity. Users that participate in the Light the Firecracker shall be eligible to participate in the Player of the Matches (as defined herein) feature of the Offering.
5. Users participating in the virtual 'Player of the Matches', which entails a match the boxes feature ("Player of the Matches"), shall be presented with a virtual 3x3 grid wherein the central tile of the grid shall feature the GT logo, and the remaining eight (8) tiles of the grid shall contain four (4) sets of unique matching pairs, and each unique matching pair will enter the User into eligibility pools for four (4) Player of the Matches Prizes (as defined herein). The User may tap the tiles to find unique matching pairs, and upon matching a unique pair in relation to one of designated Player of the Matches Prizes, the User shall be entered into such Prize Pool (which shall consist of all Users who, upon matching the same unique pair, have been entered into the Prize Pool for such Player of the Matches Prize). It is clarified that the unique pair that the User matches shall determine the Prize Pool into which the User will be entered. In case Users participate in the Player of the Matches multiple times during the Diwali Pop-Up Term, such Users shall be entered into the Prize Pools in relation to each unique pair that the User matches while participating in the Player of the Matches. It is clarified that where the User matches unique tiles on a subsequent attempt which corresponds to a Prize Pool into which they have already been entered on a previous attempt, such User shall merely continue to feature in such Prize Pool and shall not be offered any additional opportunities to match unique pairs in the same attempt.
6. At the end of the Diwali Pop-Up Term, each User that participated in the Player of the Matches will be entered into such number of Prize Pools corresponding to the unique pairs matched by the User pursuant to their participation in the Player of the Matches.
7. From among the Users who have been entered in a Prize Pool, the winners for Player of the Matches Prize will be determined through a randomised draw ("Player of the Matches Winners"). From each Prize Pool, Player of the Matches Winners shall be equal to the number of such number of Player of the Matches Prizes available, and shall be selected through the randomised draw.
8. Each User participating in the Player of the Matches shall be awarded a maximum of one (1) Player of the Matches Prize. Once a User is adjudged to be a Player of the Matches Winner, such User shall no longer be eligible to be a part of any other Prize Pool and shall no longer be eligible to be awarded the other Player of the Matches Prizes.
9. Diwali Outfit-of-the-Day
   1. To participate in the Diwali outfit-of-the-day submissions section of the Offering, Users may visit the 'Fam Wall' on the Platform to submit photos and/or videos during the Submissions Contest Term, featuring the Diwali outfit-of-the-day of the User ("Submissions") for the same to be uploaded to the Fam Wall ("Submissions Contest"). Users may submit the Submissions on any and all days of the Submissions Contest Term.
   2. The GT team will review the Submissions and include such Submissions as are deemed fit, appropriate and suitable (it being understood that such determination shall be at the GT team's sole and absolute discretion and no challenge shall lie against the same) on the Fam Wall. In this regard, it is clarified that only clear and in-focus Submissions will be considered for inclusion on the Fam Wall; Submissions that: (i) are blurry, unclear, or out-of-focus; and/or (ii) use or contain any third party intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, music and audio content owned by third parties) will not be eligible for consideration.
   3. Submissions must be respectful, not violate the rights of others, not violate intellectual property rights of others, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations

1. The Player of the Matches prizes that the Users that have participated in the Player of the Matches stand to win ("Player of the Matches Prizes") will be as follows:
   1. One (1) cricket bat, signed by Shubman Gill;
   2. One (1) cricket bat, signed by all GT team players;
   3. One (1) official navy blue GT jersey, signed by Mohammed Siraj; and
   4. Two (2) hospitality tickets to one (1) GT home match (as determined by ISIPL, at its sole discretion) at GT's home stadium in the 2026 Season of the Indian Premier League ("IPL 2026").
2. Accordingly, the Player of the Matches shall consist of Prize Pools for each of the four (4) Player of the Matches Prizes specified above.
3. The Player of the Matches Prizes will be selected randomly using a computerized randomizer tool. The randomizer tool shall select the Player of the Matches Winners for the Player of the Matches based on the descending order of the Player of the Matches Prizes listed hereinbelow. Upon a User being selected a Player of the Matches Winner for a particular Player of the Matches Prize, such User shall not be eligible to be selected as the Player of the Matches Winner of any succeeding Player of the Matches Prize. For the purposes of illustration, a User who is selected as a Player of the Matches Winner of hospitality tickets shall not be eligible to be selected as the Player of the Matches Winner of the cricket bat signed by Shubman Gill.
   1. Two (2) hospitality tickets at a GT home match held at GT's home stadium;
   2. One (1) cricket bat, signed by Shubman Gill;
   3. One (1) cricket bat, signed by all GT team players; and
   4. One (1) official navy blue GT jersey, signed by Mohammed Siraj.
4. The maximum number of Player of the Matches Winners for each category of the Player of the Matches shall be:
   1. five (5) in respect of the two (2) hospitality tickets;
   2. five (5) in respect of the cricket bat signed by at GT players;
   3. six (6) in respect of the cricket bat signed by Shubman Gill; and
   4. ten (10) in respect of the official navy blue GT jersey signed by Mohammed Siraj.
      
      Accordingly, there shall be a maximum of twenty six (26) Player of the Matches Winners for the Player of the Matches.
      
      
5. The Submissions prize for each User adjudged a winner during the Submissions Contest Term shall be one (1) signed official GT jersey ("Submission Prize"). There shall be a maximum of ten (10) winners during the Submissions Contest Term ("Submission Prize Winners"). The Submission Prize Winners shall be such Users the content of whose Submissions are adjudged to be the best by the GT content team on each day during the Submissions Contest Term. GT shall, in its sole judgment, determine which content shall be awarded the Submission Prize, which judgment or the manner in which it was arrived at shall not be open to challenge. Thus, complaints, disputes, or objections regarding the selection of Submission Winners or any other aspect of the Submissions Contest and/or the Offering will not be entertained.
6. Each User adjudged a Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by ISIPL to validate their victory and award the Prize. "Winner" shall collectively refer to the Player of the Matches Winner and the Submission Winners; and "Prize" shall collectively refer to the Player of the Matches Prize and the Submission Prizes.
7. The Prizes awarded under these Terms shall be distributed to the respective Winners after the completion of the Offering. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize shall be intimated to each Winner on the mobile number associated with their Account.
8. Any User between the age of 13 to 18 years that is a Winner shall not be entitled to the Prize unless, they are represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on their behalf.
9. ISIPL's decision on whether any individual is eligible to be a participant in the Offering shall be final and shall not be open to challenge.
10. The User that earns a Reward may be required to submit an image of themselves, a written testimonial, and/or a video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by ISIPL, at no additional cost or charge to ISIPL.
11. Any costs incurred for collecting/using the Reward shall be to the account of and borne wholly by the User.
12. The utilisation of the hospitality and general stand tickets will be governed by any ticketing terms and conditions applicable to IPL 2026.

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the Platform or otherwise to ISIPL, you agree to grant ISIPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, photograph, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that ISIPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever all communication or feedback provided by you. The Users who receive the Reward must, at the request of ISIPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receipt of the Reward, free of charge, and they consent to ISIPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by ISIPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ISIPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to (i) your failure to comply with any terms and conditions prescribed by ISIPL by which you are bound; (ii) any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you; (iii) any breach of applicable law by you; or (iv) any acts or omissions on your part in bad faith.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Offering is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. ISIPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Offering, and you waive any claims against ISIPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms, Points Terms, and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions ("Platform Terms") will automatically void your participation in the Offering. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms, Points Terms and/or these Terms is discovered after the award of a Prize, ISIPL has the right to require the return of such Prize/require the refund of the value of the Prize (at ISIPL's discretion), and you agree to the above. It is clarified that additional costs (if any) incurred by ISIPL in awarding a Prize to a different User (if ISIPL so opts to do), will also be required to be made good by you on demand.
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   2. All entries submitted to the Submissions Contest shall be original, shall not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and shall not be generated using artificial intelligence. In the event ISIPL selects a User as a Submission Winner and it is subsequently determined by ISIPL at its sole discretion that such Submission breaches any of the foregoing representations, ISIPL shall have the right to revoke such Submission Prize. Further, the User shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ISIPL, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to such Submission.
   3. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any User as a result of participation in the Offering or accepting a Reward or any injury or damage to the User's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Offering.
   4. Each Prize is personal to the Users and is not transferable.
   5. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the User at the time of the Offering, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   6. In the event a User does not complete his/her Account profile within the timeline stated by ISIPL, such User shall forfeit the Reward being credited.
   7. In the event a winning User does not acknowledge/accept/collect their Prize within the timeline stated by ISIPL, such User shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and ISIPL shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other User(s).
   8. You are aware that participation in the Offering does not guarantee a Prize to you.
   9. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to ISIPL will be in accordance with ISIPL's privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from ISIPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

ISIPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms, including insertion of additional terms without notice; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute Prizes associated with the Offering; (iii) disqualify any User who breaches the Platform Terms, Points Terms and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Offering at any stage.

The Offering shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offering and/or your participation in the Offering will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
