These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your
participation in the 'GT Navratri Offering 2025'
("Offering").
The Offering is being organized by Irelia Sports India Private Limited
("ISIPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans
professional
twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or
"GT"). GT is offering the Offering on GT's official
mobile
application,'Titans FAM App'
("Platform").
For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any
individual who
wishes to participate in the Offering. By taking part in the Offering, you unconditionally
and
unequivocally accept these Terms.
Opening and Closing Date
The Daily Activities (as defined herein) section of the Offering shall open on
22ndSeptember
2025 at 12:00 AM IST and close on 1st October 2025 at 12:00 PM IST
("Daily
ActivitiesTerm").
The Submissions Contest (as defined herein) section of the Offering shall open on
22ndSeptember 2025 at 12:00 AM IST and close on 2nd October 2025 at
12:00 PM IST
("Submissions ContestTerm").
You will not be eligible to participate or continue participating in the Offering once the
relevant
deadline lapses, e., once the relevant sections of the Offering close as set out under
sub-clauses (a)
and (b) above.
ISIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or
malfunction or any
other issues which may result from your Account not being properly registered on the
Platform or
deregistered for whatsoever reason.
Participation
Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may participate in the Offering on
their own
behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the
Offering, such
person shall require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian and upon such person
joining the
Offering, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from his/her
parent/legal
guardian.
No participation by proxy will be allowed.
The Offering will be offered on the Platform, and only individuals registered on the
Platform may
participate in the Offering. In order to participate in the Offering, you will need to log
in to your
'User Account' on the Platform ("Account").
Daily Activities:
Participation in the daily activities section of the Offering shall require each
registered user
who participates in the Offering ("User") to successfully complete
the three
(3) daily activity made available on the Platform on the days constituting the Daily
Activities
Term ("Daily Activities"). The Daily Activities shall include: (i)
one (1)
virtual scratch card which shall reveal, upon scratching, the 'Titan of the Day';
(ii) one (1)
'Pick the Wrong One' activity; and (iii) one (1) 'Rangilo Spin' or 'Dandiya Tap'
which be made
available on alternate days during the Daily Activities Term (for the purposes of
illustration
only, if, during the first day, the Daily Activities feature the Rangilo Spin, the
Daily
Activities for the second day will feature 'Dandiya Tap', and so on.
The User who successfully completes all three of the Daily Activities on each day,
as stated
above, shall be entitled to one hundred (100) GT Reward loyalty points
("Points") for such day. Users may participate in the Daily
Activities on any
or all days during the Daily Activities Term, but shall not be eligible to
participate in the
Daily Activities more than once in a day. It is clarified that the total number of
Points earned
during the Daily Activities Term shall be credited to the User's Account, on
completion of the
Offering and in any event no later than 7 October 2025.
It is clarified that the Points earned by a User shall be subject to the terms and
conditions
governing Points ("Points Terms").
ISIPL's decision on whether a User has completed the Daily Activities on any
particular day
shall be final and shall not be open to challenge.
Rangilo Spin:
The Rangilo Spin (one of the Daily Activities set forth above) shall feature a
virtual
spin-the-wheel, consisting of the eligibility pool of Users for the six (6)
designated Rangilo
Spin Prizes (as defined herein) ("Prize Pool"). On spinning the
wheel of the
Rangilo Spin, the wheel will land on the Prize Pool for one of the designated
Rangilo Spin
Prizes and the User shall be entered into such Prize Pool (which shall consist of
all Users who,
upon spinning the wheel, have landed on the Prize Pool for such Rangilo Spin Prize).
It is
clarified that the results of the User's Rangilo Spin shall determine the Prize Pool
into which
the User will be entered. In case Users participate in the Rangilo Spin on multiple
days during
the Daily Activities Term, such Users shall be entered into each Prize Pool in which
the wheel
lands pursuant to the User's spinning of the wheel. It is clarified that where the
User's wheel
on a subsequent day of the Daily Activities Term lands on a Prize Pool into which
they have
already been entered on any previous day, such User shall merely continue to feature
in such
Prize Pool and shall not be offered any additional opportunities to spin the wheel
on such day.
At the end of the Daily Activities Term, each User will be entered into such number
of Prize
Pools on which the wheel lands pursuant to their participation in the Rangilo Spin.
From among the Users who have been entered in a Prize Pool, the winners for Rangilo
Spin Prize
will be determined through a randomised draw ("Rangilo
Spin Winners"). From each Prize Pool, Rangilo Spin
Winners shall be
equal to the number of such number of Rangilo Spin Prizes available, and shall be
selected
through the randomised draw.
Each User participating in the Rangilo Spin shall be awarded a maximum of one (1)
Rangilo Spin
Prize. Once a User is adjudged to be a Rangilo Spin Winner, such User shall no
longer be
eligible to be a part of any other Prize Pool and shall no longer be eligible to be
awarded the
other Rangilo Spin Prizes.
Navratri Outfit-of-the-Day:
To participate in the Navratri outfit-of-the-day submissions section of the
Offering, Users may
visit the 'Fam Wall' on the Platform to submit photos and/or videos during the
Submissions
Contest Term, featuring the garba/Navratri outfit-of-the-day of the User
("Submissions") for the same to be uploaded to the Fam Wall
("Submissions Contest"). Users may submit the Submissions on any
and all days
of the Submissions Contest Term.
The GT team will review the Submissions and include such Submissions as are deemed
fit,
appropriate and suitable (it being understood that such determination shall be at
the GT team's
sole and absolute discretion and no challenge shall lie against the same) on the Fam
Wall. In
this regard, it is clarified that only clear and in-focus Submissions will be
considered for
inclusion on the Fam Wall; Submissions that: (i) are blurry, unclear, or
out-of-focus; and/or
(ii) use or contain any third party intellectual property rights (including, but not
limited to,
music and audio content owned by third parties) will not be eligible for
consideration.
Submissions must be respectful, not violate the rights of others, not violate
intellectual
property rights of others, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prizes
The Rangilo Spin prizes that the Users that have participated in the Rangilo Spin stand to
win
("Rangilo Spin Prizes") will be as follows:
One (1) cap, signed Shubman Gill signed cap;
One (1) cricket ball, signed by Rashid Khan and Mohammed Siraj;
One (1) miniature bat, signed by Sai Sudharsan;
One (1) 'Watch the Titans Train' pass to view a team training session at GT's home
stadium (as
determined by ISIPL, in its sole discretion); and
Two (2) general stand tickets to one (1) GT home match (as determined by ISIPL, at
its sole
discretion) at GT's home stadium in the 2026 Season of the Indian Premier League
("IPL
2026"); and
Two (2) hospitality tickets to one (1) GT home match (as determined by ISIPL, at its
sole
discretion) at GT's home stadium in IPL 2026.
Accordingly, the Rangilo Spin shall consist of Prize Pools for each of the six (6) Rangilo
Spin Prizes
specified above.
Rangilo Spin Winners of each Rangilo Spin Prize from among the corresponding Prize Pool for
such Rangilo
Spin Prizes, will be selected randomly using a computerized randomizer tool. The randomizer
tool shall
select the Rangilo Spin Winners for the Rangilo Spin Prizes based on the descending order of
the Rangilo
Spin Prizes listed hereinbelow. Upon a User being selected a Rangilo Spin Winner for a
particular
Rangilo Spin Prize, such User shall not be eligible to be selected as the Rangilo Spin
Winner of any
succeeding Rangilo Spin Prize. For the purposes of illustration, a User who is selected as a
Rangilo
Spin Winner of a hospitality ticket shall not be eligible to be selected as the Rangilo Spin
Winner of
the cap signed by Shubman Gill.
Two (2) hospitality tickets to a GT home match at the Narendra Modi Stadium,
Ahmedabad;
Two (2) general stand tickets to a GT home match at the Narendra Modi Stadium,
Ahmedabad;
One (1) 'Watch the Titans Train' pass at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad;
Cap signed by Shubman Gill;
One (1) miniature bat, signed by Sai Sudarshan; and
One (1) cricket ball, signed by Rashid Khan and Mohammed Siraj
The maximum number of Rangilo Spin Winners for each category of the Rangilo Spin Prizes
shall be five
(5) Rangilo Spin Winners. Accordingly, there shall be a maximum of thirty (30) Rangilo Spin
Winners for
the Rangilo Spin.
The daily Submissions prize for each User adjudged a winner in respect of each day during
the Daily
Activities Term shall be one (1) signed official GT jersey ("Daily Submission
Prize").
There shall be a maximum of four (4) winners in respect of each day during the Submissions
Contest Term
("Daily Submission Prize Winners"); accordingly, there shall be a maximum
of forty (40)
Daily Submission Prize Winners of the Daily Submission Prizes. The Daily Submission Prize
Winners shall
be such Users the content of whose Submissions are adjudged to be the best by the GT content
team on
each day during the Submissions Contest Term. In addition to the Daily Submission Prizes, an
overall
Submission prize for each Submissions Contest Prize Winner (as defined herein) shall be one
(1) Instax
Camera ("Submission Contest Prize"). There shall be a maximum of three (3)
winners in
respect of the overall Submissions Contest, each of whom shall be selected from among the
Daily
Submission Prize Winners ("Submission Contest Prize Winner", and together
with the
Daily Submission Prize Winner, the "Submission Winner(s)"). The Submission
Contest
Prize Winners shall be such of the Daily Submission Prize Winners the content of whose
Submissions are
adjudged to be the best by the GT content team as regards the overall Submissions Contest.
GT shall, in
its sole judgement, determine which content shall be awarded the Daily Submission Prize
and/or the
Submissions Contest Prize (together, the "Submissions Prize(s)") as
applicable, which
judgment or the manner in which it was arrived at shall not be open to challenge. Thus,
complaints,
disputes, or objections regarding the selection of Submission Winners or any other aspect of
the
Submissions Contest and/or the Offering will not be entertained.
Each User adjudged a Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required
by ISIPL to
validate his/her victory and award the Prize. "Winner" shall collectively
refer to the
Rangilo Spin Winner and the Submission Winners; and "Prize" shall
collectively refer to
the Rangilo Spin Prize and the Submission Prizes.
The Prizes awarded under these Terms shall be distributed to the respective Winners after
the completion
of the Offering. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize
shall be
intimated to each Winner on the mobile number associated with their Account.
Any User between the age of 13 to 18 years that is a Winner shall not be entitled to the
Prize unless,
he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian completes all
necessary
formalities on his/her behalf.
ISIPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another without providing any notice.
The User selected/adjudged a Winner may be required to submit an image of themselves,
written
testimonial, and/or video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by
ISIPL, at no
additional cost or charge to ISIPL.
Any costs incurred for collecting/using the Prize (e.g. travel costs to watch the GT team
train) shall
be to the account of and borne wholly by the User.
The utilisation of the hospitality and general stand tickets will be governed by any
ticketing terms and
conditions applicable to IPL 2026.
Legal
Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the
Platform or
otherwise to ISIPL, you agree to grant ISIPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive,
irrevocable,
perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate,
create
derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such
content may
include, without limitation, your name, username, photograph, location, the Testimonial etc.
You further
agree and acknowledge that ISIPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever all
communication or
feedback provided by you. The eligible Winners must, at the request of ISIPL, participate in
all
promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the
Prize, free of
charge, and they consent to ISIPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional
materials
undertaken by ISIPL.
Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless
ISIPL from and
against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or
relating to
your participation in the Offering, including but not limited to any breach of obligations,
representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a
third party's
rights of any nature by you.
Waiver: Your participation in the Offering is at your own risk and strictly
in
accordance with these Terms. ISIPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred
as a result
of your participation in the Offering, and you waive any claims against ISIPL in relation
thereto.
Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms, Points Terms, and/or the
Platform Terms and
Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions("Platform
Terms") will automatically void your participation in the Offering. If a breach
of any of
the Platform Terms, the Points Terms, and/or these Terms set forth herein is discovered
after the award
of a Prize, then ISIPL has the right to require the return of such Prize/require the refund
of the value
of the Prize (at ISIPL's discretion), and you agree to the above. It is clarified that
additional costs
(if any) incurred by ISIPL in awarding a Prize to a different User (if ISIPL so opts to do),
will also
be required to be made good by you on demand.
Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any
third party
and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that
regard.
All entries submitted to the Submissions Contest shall be original, shall not
infringe,
misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of
any third
party, and shall not be generated using artificial intelligence. In the event ISIPL
selects a
User as a Submission Winner and it is subsequently determined by ISIPL at its sole
discretion
that such Submission breaches any of the foregoing representations, ISIPL shall have
the right
to revoke such Submission Prize. Further, the User shall indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless
ISIPL, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and
all claims,
liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees)
arising out
of or relating to such Submission.
ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or
disappointment
suffered by any User as a result of entering the Offering or accepting a Prize or
any injury or
damage to the User's or any other person's personal property including but not
limited to a
computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the
Offering.
Each Prize is personal to the relevant Winner and is not transferrable.
No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the User at the time of the
Offering,
or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
In the event a winning User does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize within
the
timeline stated by ISIPL, such User shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and ISIPL
shall have
the right to award the same Prize(s) to other User(s).
You are aware that participation in the Offering does not guarantee a Prize to you.
All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to
ISIPL will be
in accordance with ISIPL's privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and
marketing
communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from
ISIPL from
time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND)
registrations on your
phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.
General
ISIPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these
Terms,
including insertion of additional terms without notice; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prizes
associated
with the Offering; (iii) disqualify any User who breaches the Platform Terms, the Points Terms,
and/or these
Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Offering at any stage.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Offering shall be governed by and
construed in
accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offering and/or
your
participation in the Offering will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Ahmedabad, India.
