1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the GT Rashid Khan Birthday Special: The Hattrick Hunt contest ("Contest"). The Contest is being organized by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (formerly Irelia Sports India Private Limited) ("TGTPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional Twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or "GT"). GT is providing the Contest on the TitansFAM App (the "Platform").
2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate/participates in the Contest. By participating in the Contest/accepting the rewards made available as part of the Contest, you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.

1. The Contest shall open on 20th September 2026 at 12:00 AM IST and close on 20th September 2026 at 11:59 PM IST ("Contest Term").
2. You will not be eligible to participate in the Contest once the Contest Term is over, i.e., once the Contest closes as set out under sub-clause a. above.
3. TGTPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from your Account (as defined herein) not being properly registered on the Platform or deregistered for whatsoever reason.

1. Only individuals who have a 'User Account' on the Platform ("Account") shall be eligible to participate in the Contest ("Participants"). Any person above 13 years of age residing in India may enter on their own behalf; persons between 13-18 years require parent/legal guardian consent.
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. A dynamic trivia quiz feature comprising six (6) questions shall be made available on the Platform during the Contest Term. Participants must answer consecutive questions correctly to build an active correct-answer streak. The game logic automatically evaluates whether a qualifying streak tier remains reachable based on remaining questions, and the Contest may end early once no higher streak tier is reachable.
4. GT Reward loyalty points ("Points") shall be awarded based on the highest consecutive correct-answer streak ("Best Streak") achieved during the attempt:

5. (i) Streak 0-2: 50 Points

   (ii) Streak x3 (Hattrick): 500 Points

   (iii) Streak x4 (Double Hattrick): 650 Points

   (iv) Streak x5 (Triple Hattrick): 800 Points

   (v) Streak x6 (Perfect Over): 1,000 Points

6. In order to claim and receive the earned Points, the Participant must fully complete their Account profile on the Platform. Points will only be credited to Accounts with a completed profile. The Points earned shall be credited to the Participant's Account within three to five (3-5) business days after the completion of the Contest Term, subject to Points Terms.

7. Participants may participate in the quiz only once during the Contest Term, i.e., one (1) attempt per Participant. If a Participant participates more than once due to technical malfunction, TGTPL reserves the right to determine which attempt and corresponding Points stand.

8. TGTPL reserves the right to substitute any Reward/Points with another without notice.

9. TGTPL's decision on participant eligibility and point allotment shall be final and not open to challenge.

Legal

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the Platform or otherwise to TGTPL, you agree to grant TGTPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, photograph, location etc. You further agree and acknowledge that TGTPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever all communication or feedback provided by you. The Participants who receive a Reward must, at the request of TGTPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receipt of the Reward, free of charge, and they consent to TGTPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by TGTPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TGTPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to (i) your failure to comply with any terms and conditions prescribed by TGTPL by which you are bound; (ii) any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you; (iii) any breach of applicable law by you; or (iv) any acts or omissions on your part in bad faith.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. TGTPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against TGTPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms, Points Terms, and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions("Platform Terms") will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms, Points Terms and/or these Terms is discovered after the credit of the Reward, TGTPL has the right to reverse, debit and/or cancel such Points (at TGTPL's discretion), and you agree to the above.
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   2. TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of participation in the Contest or accepting the Rewardor any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
   3. The Rewardis personal to the Participant and is not transferrable.
   4. No Rewardwill be given if the information furnished by the Participant at the time of the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from TGTPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.
