These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your
participation in the 'GT Travel Suitcase Contest'
("Contest").
The Contest is being organized by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (formerly Irelia
Sports India
Private Limited) ("TGTPL"), the owner and operator of the
Gujarat Titans
professional twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or
"GT").
For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any
individual who
wishes to participate in the Contest.By sending an Entry Message (as defined herein) or by
submitting a
Meta Form (as defined herein), you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest
("Participant") on their own behalf only. Where any person
between the age
of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of
his/her
parent/legal guardian and upon the Participant sending the keyword submission in the manner
stated
herein, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from his/her
parent/legal
guardian.
No participation by proxy will be allowed.
Participants may participate in the Contest through either of the mechanisms mentioned
below:
Participation Mechanism 1:
In order to participate in the Contest, you will be required to send the keyword
'TRAVEL BAG' ("Entry
Message")to GT's official
WhatsApp bot
number +91 95120 45648 ("GT Bot") through
designated
advertisements on Meta platforms that direct users to WhatsApp. Alternatively,
you may send
the Entry Message directly to the GT Bot. It is clarified that for a valid entry
into the
Contest, the Entry Message must be sent by the Participant from the
Participant's own
WhatsApp number and not from a WhatsApp number associated with a third
party.
Participation Mechanism 2:
You may also participate in the Contest by accurately submitting certain details
through
GT's official lead generation form hosted on Meta platforms, such as
Instagram and
Facebook ("Meta Form"). Submission of the Meta Form
constitutes
official entry into the Contest, it being understood by you that entry via the
Meta Form is
subject to the applicable terms, policies, and functionalities of the relevant
Meta
platform.
TGTPLshall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or
malfunction, message
delivery failures, or any other issues which may result from exchanging messages with any
number in
relation to or with reference to your participation in the Contest.
OPENING AND CLOSING DATE
The Contest shall open on 15 May 2026 at 12:00 pmIST and close on 31 May 2026, at 11:59
pm IST
("Contest Period"). Entries received outside the Contest Period
shall not
be considered by TGTPL.
PRIZE
Winners of the Contest ("Winners") from the eligible
Participants will be
determined based on a computerized randomizer tool.
There will bea maximumof five (5) Winners in the Contest, as
determined by
the randomizer, and the Participants adjudged Winners shall be contacted by TGTPL on
the mobile
number from which the eligible entry was received by TGTPL.
Each Participant adjudged as a Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably
required by
TGTPLto validate his/her victory and award the Prize (as defined below).
The prize for each Participant adjudged a Winner ("Prize")
shall be one (1)
premium travel suitcase, to be availed by a maximum of five (5) winners as determined by the
randomizer.
The Prize for the Contest shall be distributed to the Winners after the completion of the
Contest.
Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize shall be
intimated to each
Winner on the mobile number used by him/her to create an Account.
Any Participant between the age of 13 to 18 years winning the Contest shall not be entitled
to the Prize
unless he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian completes all
necessary
formalities on his/her behalf.
TGTPLreserves the right to substitute any Prize with another without providing any notice.
The Participant adjudged the Winner may be required to submit a video testimonial
("Testimonial"), as requested by TGTPL, at no additional cost
or charge to
TGTPL.
LEGAL
Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content to the
GT Bot,
through its platforms or otherwise to TGTPL, you agree to grant TGTPLa royalty-free,
world-wide,
non-exclusive, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit,
translate,
create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such
content may
include, without limitation, your name, username, location, the Testimonial etc. You further
agree and
acknowledge that TGTPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication
or feedback
provided by you. The eligible Winners must, at the request of TGTPL, participate in all
promotional
activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of
charge, and
they consent to TGTPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials
undertaken
by TGTPL.
Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless
TGTPLfrom and
against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or
relating to
your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations,
representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a
third
party's rights of any nature by you/attributable to you.
Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly
in
accordance with these Terms. TGTPLbears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as
a result of
your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against TGTPL in relation
thereto.
Breach of Terms: Any breach of the Terms will automatically void your
participation in
the Contest. If a breach of any of the Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award
of the
Prize, then TGTPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require
the refund of
the value of the Prize awarded to you (at TGTPL's discretion), and you agree to,
return such
Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by TGTPL).
Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any
third party
and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that
regard.
TGTPLshall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or
disappointment
suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting
the Prize or
any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property
including but
not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from
participation in the
Contest.
The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferable and cannot be sold
under any
circumstances.
No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time
of entering
the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize
within the
timeline stated by TGTPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded,
and TGTPLshall
have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a Prize to you.
All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to
TGTPLwill be
in accordance with TGTPL's privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and
marketing
communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from
TGTPL from
time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND)
registrations on your
phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.
GENERAL
TGTPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary
these Terms
without notice, including but not limited to the Contest Period; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute
the Prize
associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms or has acted
fraudulently; or
(iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Contest shall be governed by and
construed in
accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or
your
participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Ahmedabad, India.
