1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the Ticket Giveaway Contest ("Contest"). The Contest is being organized by Irelia Sports India Private Limited ("ISIPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans"/"GT"). GT is offering the Contest on GT's official website located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/and/or TitansFAM App (collectively, the Platform) and/or GT's official WhatsAppbot number +91 95120 45648 ( "GT Bot").
2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. By submitting an Entry Form (as defined herein) or or submitting an Entry Message (as defined herein),you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.

1. Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest ("Participant")on their own behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian and on the submission of the entry form for the Contest ("Entry Form") or submission of participation on Whatsapp, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from his/her parent/legal guardian.

   Participation mechanism 1:

   Once you have accessed the Platform, you will be required to click on the Contest banner available on the ‘Home' page of the Platform, to access the Entry Form to participate in the Contest. Subsequently, Participants must accurately furnish their complete legal name, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address within the Entry Form. Submission of the Entry Form constitutes official entry into the Contest.

   Participation mechanism 2:

   In order to participate in the Contest, you will be required to send a message with the text "Hi!" from your WhatsApp number to the GT Bot and upon doing so, you shall officially enter into the Contest ( "Entry Message"). It is clarified that for a valid entry into the Contest, the Entry Message must be sent by the Participant from the Participant's own WhatsApp number and not from a WhatsApp number associated with a third party.

1. The Contest shall open on 12th April 2025 and ends on 17th April 12:00 PM IST.
2. No Entry Form or Entry Message will be accepted once the deadline lapses, once the Contest closes as set out under sub-clause (a) above.
3. ISIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any issues which may result in any Entry Form not being properly registered or received or any issues which may result from exchanging messages with any number in relation to or with reference to your participation in the Contest.

1. Winners of the Contest ("Winners") will be selected randomly using a computerized randomizer tool from all eligible entries received.
2. There will be a total of one hundred (100) Winners in the Contest and the Participants adjudged Winners shall be contacted by ISIPL on the mobile number or email address provided by the Winner in their Entry Form or on the mobile number used by the Winner to contact the GT Bot.
3. Each Participant adjudged a Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by ISIPL to validate his/her victory and award the Prize (as defined below).
4. The prize for each Participant adjudged a Winner ("Prize") will be two (2) general tickets to Gujarat Titans v. Delhi Capital match to be played at GT's home stadium on April 19th, 2025,as determined by ISIPL at its sole discretion. The utilisation of the Prize by the Winner will be governed by the Ticket Terms and Conditions - Tata IPL 2025.

5. The Prize for this Contest shall be distributed prior to, or on the day of the relevant home game of GT. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize will be communicated on the mobile number or email address provided bythe Winner in their Entry Form.
6. Any Participant between the age of 13 to 18 winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the Prize unless, he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and the parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.

8. The Participant adjudged the Winner may be required to submit a video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by ISIPL, at no additional cost or charge to ISIPL.

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content to the Contest on the Platform, you agree to grant ISIPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name,username, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that ISIPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The eligible Winners must, at the request of ISIPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to ISIPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by ISIPL.
2. Indemnification:You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ISIPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. ISIPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against ISIPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of the Terms will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then ISIPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awardedto you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at ISIPL's discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by ISIPL).
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions ofany third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   2. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
   3. The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
   4. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   5. In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her prize within the timeline stated by ISIPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and Company shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).

Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to email communication/newsletters, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from ISIPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

ISIPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for submission of Entry Forms; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.

The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or your participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
