GTvsRR Ticket Giveaway Contest Terms and Conditions | IPL 2026
The Contest
These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your
participation in the Ticket Giveaway Contest ("Contest"). The
Contest is being organized by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (formerly Irelia Sports
India Private Limited) ("TGTPL"), the owner and operator of the
Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat
Titans"/"GT"). GT is offering the Contest on
GT’s official website located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/and/or
TitansFAM App (collectively, the Platform).
For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any
individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. By submitting an Entry Form (as defined
herein), you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.
Submission Guidelines
Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest
("Participant")on their own behalf only. Where any person
between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall
require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian and on the submission of the entry form
for the Contest ("Entry Form"), such consent shall be deemed to
have been obtained by such person from his/her parent/legal guardian.
No participation by proxy will be allowed.
Once you have accessed the Platform, you will be required to click on the Contest banner
available on the ‘Home’ page of the Platform, to access the Entry Form to
participate in the Contest. Subsequently, Participants must accurately furnish their
complete legal name, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address within the
Entry Form. Submission of the Entry Form constitutes official entry into the Contest.
Opening and Closing Date
The Contest shall open on 29 March 2026 at 12:00 PM IST and close on 2 April, 2026 at 11:59
PM IST.
No Entry Form will be accepted once the deadline lapses, e., once the Contest closes as set
out under sub-clause a above.
TGTPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or
malfunction orany other issues which may result in any Entry Form not being properly
registered or received.
Prize
Winners of the Contest ("Winners") will be selected randomly
using a computerized randomizer tool from all eligible entries received.
There will be a total of twenty five (25) Winners in the Contest and the Participants adjudged Winners shall be contacted by TGTPL on the mobile number or email address provided by the Winner in their Entry Form.
Each Participant adjudged a Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably
required by TGTPLto validate his/her victory and award the Prize (as defined below).
The prize for each Participant adjudged a Winner ("Prize") will
be two (2) general tickets to Gujarat Titans v. Rajasthan Royals match in the Indian Premier
League 2026 ("IPL 2026") to be played at GT’s home
stadium on 4 April 2026, as determined by TGTPL at its sole discretion.The utilisation of
the Prize by the Winner will be governed by the ticket terms and conditions for IPL 2026 as
made available.
The Prize for this Contest shall be distributed prior to, or on the day of the relevant home
game of GT. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize will
be communicated on the mobile number or email address provided by the Winner in their Entry
Form.
Any Participant between the age of 13 to 18 winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the
Prize unless, he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and the parent/guardian
completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.
TGTPLreserves the right to substitute any prize with another without providing any notice.
The Participant adjudged the Winner may be required to submit a video testimonial
("Testimonial"), as requested by TGTPL, at no additional cost
or charge to TGTPL.
Legal
Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content to the
Contest on the Platform, you agree to grant TGTPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive,
irrevocable, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit,
translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such
content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, location, the
Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that TGTPL has the right to use in any
manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The eligible Winners must,
at the request of TGTPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and
photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to TGTPL
using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by TGTPL.
Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless
TGTPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims
arising out of or relatingto your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to
any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim
arising out of any breach of a third party’s rights of any nature by you.
Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly
in accordance with these Terms. TGTPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage
incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against
TGTPL in relation thereto.
Breach of Terms: Any breach of the Terms will automatically void your
participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Terms set forth herein is discovered
after the award of the Prize, then TGTPL has the right to require the return of such Prize
awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at TGTPL’s
discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required
by TGTPL).
Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
TGTPLshall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any
third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability
in that regard.
TGTPLshall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or
disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or
accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other
person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone
relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferrable and cannot be sold
under any circumstances.
No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time
of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her prize
within the timeline stated by TGTPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being
awarded, and Company shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other
Participant(s).
You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a prize to you.
All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to
TGTPLwill be in accordance with TGTPL’s privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and
marketing communication including but not limited to email communication/newsletters,
WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from TGTPLfrom time to time. You further expressly
waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for
contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.
General
TGTPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these
Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for submission of
Entry Forms; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the prize associated with the Contest; (iii)
disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the
Contest at any stage.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Contest shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the
Contest and/or your participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
