1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are with reference to your participation in the Jason Holder Signed Cricket Ball Contest (“Contest”). The Contest is being organized by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (formerly Irelia Sports India Private Limited) (“TGTPL”), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team (“Gujarat Titans”/“GT”).
2. For the purpose of these Terms, “you” and “your” shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. By submitting an Entry Form (as defined herein) or a Meta Form (as defined herein) or by sending an Entry Message (as defined herein), you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.  

1. Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest (“Participant”)on their own behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian and on the submission of the entry form for the Contest (“Entry Form”) or the Meta Form (as defined herein) or on the sending of the Entry Message, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from his/her parent/legal guardian.
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. Participants may participate int the Contest through either of the mechanisms mentioned below:

Participation Mechanism 1:

You may visit GT’s official website located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/ and/or TitansFAM App (collectively, the Platform). Once you have accessed the Platform, you may click on the Contest banner available on the ‘Home’ page of the Platform, to access the Entry Form to participate in the Contest. Subsequently, Participants must accurately furnish their complete legal name, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address within the Entry Form. Submission of the Entry Form constitutes official entry into the Contest.

Participation Mechanism 2:

You may also participate in the Contest by accurately submitting certain details through GT’s official lead generation form hosted on Meta platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook (“Meta Form”). Submission of the Meta Form constitutes official entry into the Contest, it being understood by you that entry via the Meta Form is subject to the applicable terms, policies, and functionalities of the relevant Meta platform.

Participation Mechanism 3:

You may also send the keyword ‘Holder’ (“Entry Message”) to GT’s official WhatsApp bot number +91 95120 45648 (“GT Bot”) through designated advertisements on Meta platforms that direct users to WhatsApp. Alternatively, you may send the Entry Message directly to the GT Bot. It is clarified that for a valid entry into the Contest, the Entry Message must be sent by the Participant from the Participant’s own WhatsApp number and not from a WhatsApp number associated with a third party.

1. The Contest shall open on 1^st May, 2026 at 12:00 AM IST and close on 9^th May, 2026 at 5:00 PM IST.
2. No Entry Form/Meta Form/Entry Message will be accepted once the deadline lapses, i.e., once the Contest closes as set out under sub-clause a above.
3. TGTPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result in any Entry Form or Meta Form not being properly registered or received or any issues which may result from exchanging messages with any number in relation to or with reference to your participation in the Contest.

1. Winners of the Contest (“Winners”) will be selected randomly using a computerized randomizer tool from all eligible entries received.
2. There will be a total of five (5) Winners in the Contest and the Participants adjudged Winners shall be contacted by TGTPL on the mobile number provided by the Winner in their Entry Form/Meta Form or used by him/her to contact the GT Bot.
3. Each Participant adjudged a Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by TGTPL to validate his/her victory and award the Prize (as defined below).
4. The prize for each Participant adjudged a Winner (“Prize”) will be one (1) cricket ball signed by Jason Holder.
5. The Prize for this Contest shall be distributed after the completion of the Contest. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize will be communicated to the Winner on the mobile number provided by the Winner in their Entry Form/Meta Form or used by him/her to contact the GT Bot.
6. Any Participant between the age of 13 to 18 winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the Prize unless he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and the parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.
7. TGTPL reserves the right to substitute any prize with another without providing any notice.
8. The Participant adjudged the Winner may be required to submit a video testimonial (“Testimonial”), as requested by TGTPL, at no additional cost or charge to TGTPL.

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content to the Contest on the Platform, you agree to grant TGTPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that TGTPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The eligible Winners must, at the request of TGTPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to TGTPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by TGTPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TGTPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a third party’s rights of any nature by you.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. TGTPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against TGTPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of the Terms will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then TGTPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at TGTPL’s discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by TGTPL).
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
1. TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
2. TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
3. The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
4. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
5. In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her prize within the timeline stated by TGTPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and Company shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
6. You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a prize to you.
7. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to TGTPL will be in accordance with TGTPL’s privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
6. Promotional Communication : You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to email communication/newsletters, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from TGTPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.
