Defending champions India will take on Oman in their final Group A match of the Asia Cup 2025 at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi on Friday. The match will start at 8:00 PM IST.

India began their Asia Cup 2025 campaign after defeating hosts United Arab Emirates (UAE) by nine wickets at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The Men in Blue later won their second match by seven wickets in Dubai.
With four points from two games, India have already sealed Super 4 qualification in the Asia Cup 2025 and will aim to continue their dominance when they face Oman in Abu Dhabi.
On the other hand, Oman have already been knocked out of the Asia Cup 2025 after losing both their group matches.
The Jatinder Singh-led side suffered a 93-run defeat in their opening Group A fixture and later went down to the UAE by 42 runs in Abu Dhabi to end their Super 4 qualification hopes.
Abhishek Sharma: India’s flamboyant opening batter, Abhishek Sharma, has impressed with his strokeplay in the ongoing Asia Cup. The 25-year-old has scored 61 runs in two matches at a brilliant strike rate of 210.34. Abhishek will aim to continue his scintillating form against Oman on Friday.
Kuldeep Yadav: In the bowling department, Kuldeep Yadav has been India’s leading wicket-taker in the Asia Cup 2025. The left-arm wrist-spinner has already bamboozled several batters in the ongoing T20 tournament. Kuldeep has picked up seven wickets in two matches at an average of 3.57 and an economy of 4.05. He will once again play a key role in India’s final group game.
The upcoming Asia Cup 2025 clash will be the first meeting between India and Oman in T20 international cricket.
