Shubman Gill ni pehli match as captain was an impressive come-from-behind victory against five-time champions Mumbai Indians!

Now we venture out of our home into our opponents’ territory. With the festival of colours behind us, we brace ourselves to be surrounded by an additional pinch of yellow. It will be a battle between two young and talented captains as we lock horns with the Chennai Super Kings at their home ground - the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium on Tuesday.

This is a contest that fans from both sides will be eagerly waiting for as it will be a rematch of the TATA IPL 2023 final. We don’t need to remind anyone how close that match was. It went down to the last ball. And it wasn’t just that match, all three previous encounters between the two sides have gone to the last over.

In the previous encounter, Sai Sudharsan showcased his class and almost reached his maiden TATA IPL century. He has carried on the same form into this season. He was named the Player of the Match in our season opener for his gritty knock of 45. On the other side, CSK will be without the consistent Ambati Rayudu this season. But they have young Rachin, making it a double whammy of Ravindras in their ranks.

Team Talk

Mohit Sharma, who also picked up 3 wickets in the previous clash against CSK, was impressive in our match once again. We know that once he taps into a higher power, he’s almost impossible to stop. He will be one of our key bowlers against the team from the south.

Debutants Azmatullah Omarzai, Spencer Johnson, and Umesh Yadav also made their presence felt, pocketing two wickets each at crucial junctures.

Wriddhiman Saha and Captain Gill played some good shots at the start of the innings against MI. The middle and lower order also scored quickly to cap off a determined team effort.

#CSKvGT - A Contest for the Ages.

#TitansFAM, we’re looking for all your support as we head into the lions’ den once again. We know the challenge we face. But these are the challenges that our Titans live for.

We’ve shown that we learn from the past and execute in the present. This time we’ll have Whistles blaring around us once again, and we’re hoping to give the visiting fans plenty to cheer for.
