The TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 revised schedule was announced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday.

As per the TATA IPL 2025 revised schedule, the league will resume on May 17 as Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will take on Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the opening match to be held at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Meanwhile, we will resume our TATA IPL 2025 campaign against Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on May 18.

Currently placed at the top of the TATA IPL 2025 standings with 16 points from 11 games, the Titans will play the final league matches against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on May 22, and versus Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on May 25, at our fortress, the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

“The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is pleased to announce the resumption of the TATA IPL 2025. After extensive consultations with government and security agencies, and with all the key stakeholders, the Board has decided to proceed with the remainder of the season,” the Indian cricket board stated in a press release.

The remaining 17 matches will be played across six venues. Apart from Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow and Mumbai are the other venues that will host the games.

The TATA IPL 2025 revised schedule includes two double-headers, which will be played on two Sundays.

The Qualifier 1 will be played on May 29, while the Eliminator will take place on May 30. The Qualifier 2 will be held on June 1, while the TATA IPL 2025 final will be played on June 3.

The BCCI will announce the venue details for the playoff matches at a later stage.

“The BCCI takes this opportunity to once again salute the bravery and resilience of India’s armed forces, whose efforts have enabled the safe return of cricket. The Board reaffirms its commitment to national interest while ensuring the successful completion of the league,” the statement added.
