Rakshabandhan Super Sibling Contest - Terms and Conditions
The Contest
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are with reference to your participation in the Rakshabandhan Super Sibling Contest (“Contest”). The Contest is organized by Irelia Sports India Private Limited (“ISIPL”), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team (“Gujarat Titans” or “GT”). The Contest is offered by ISIPL on GT’s TitansFAM App (the “Platform”).
For the purpose of these Terms, “you” and “your” shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. Joining the Contest in the manner provided under Paragraph 2 hereinbelow or acceptance of a Prize in the manner provided under Paragraph 4 hereinbelow, shall constitute unconditional and unequivocal acceptance of these Terms.
Submission Guidelines
Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest (“Participant”)on their own behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian and upon such person Joining the Contest, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from his/her parent/legal guardian.
No participation by proxy will be allowed.
Only individuals who have a ‘User Account’ on the Platform (“Account”) shall be eligible to participate in the Contest (“Eligible Individuals”)..
In order to participate in the Contest, Eligible Individuals will be required to sign into the TitansFam App, and a nomination form shall be made available to the Eligible User through an in-app pop-up (“Form”). The Eligible User shall be required to nominate their sibling through the Form by entering the following information regarding their sibling: (i) name of their sibling; (ii) gender of their sibling; and (iii) mobile number of their sibling (“Sibling Information”). It is clarified that an Eligible Individual nominating their sibling through the Form must ensure that the sibling in relation to whom the Sibling Information is provided, is of the opposite sex of the Eligible Individual, such that the Eligible Individual and their sibling form a brother and sister duo. It is agreed and understood by all Eligible Individuals that the Sibling Information may be utilised by ISIPL for outreach and onboarding activities, in accordance with the terms contained herein.
After submission of the Sibling Information through the Form, Eligible Individuals shall be redirected to the Fam Wall, where you shall be required to submit a nomination in the form of a photo or a video of you and your sibling (it being clarified that the sibling must be the same sibling in relation to whom the Sibling Information was submitted through the Form) (“Submissions”) for the same to be uploaded on the Fam Wall.
A Submission from an Eligible Individual constitutes the Eligible Individual’s official entry into the Contest (“Joining”).
The GT team will review the Submissions and include such Submissions as are deemed fit, appropriate and suitable (it being understood that such determination shall be at the GT team’s sole and absolute discretion and no challenge shall lie against the same) on the Fam Wall. In this regard, it is clarified that only clear and in-focus Submissions will be considered for inclusion on the Fam Wall; Submissions that are blurry, unclear, or out-of-focus will not be eligible for consideration.
Submissions must be respectful, not violate the rights of others, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Opening and Closing Date
The Contest’s opening time and closing time:
Opening time: August 9, 2025 at 12:00 AM IST
Closing time: August 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM IST.
You will not be eligible to participate in the Contest once the deadline lapses i.e., once the Contest closes as set out under Clause 3(a) above.
ISIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from your Account not being properly registered on the Platform or deregistered for whatsoever reason.
Prize
Eligible Individuals whose Submissions are featured on the Fam Wall in accordance with Clause 2(g) above shall receive two hundred (200) GT Reward loyalty points (“Points”) as a reward (“Reward”). It is clarified that Eligible Individuals shall be eligible to receive the Reward only once. The Points earned by an Eligible Individual shall be credited to such Eligible Individual’s Account on or before August 15, 2025, and the Points earned shall be subject to the terms and conditions governing Points (“Points Terms”).
In addition to the Reward and subject to Verification (as defined herein) by GT as deemed necessary by GT, Eligible Individuals may stand a chance to win a Prize (as defined herein). There will be a maximum of five (5) winners of the Contest (“Winners”). The Winners shall be such Eligible Individuals the content of whose Submissions is adjudged to be the best by the GT content team in its sole judgement, which judgment or the manner in which it was arrived at shall not be open to challenge. Thus, complaints, disputes, or objections regarding the selection of Winners or any other aspect of the Contest will not be entertained. It is clarified that, for the purposes of selection of Winners, ISIPL reserves the right to verify whether information relating to the Eligible Individual and the nominated sibling, as specified in the Form and the Submission, is accurate, and whether the Eligible Individual and the nominated sibling are actually a brother and sister duo (“Verification”). ISIPL may require additional information from the Eligible Individual and their nominated sibling for the purposes of Verification under this Clause.
The Participants adjudged Winners shall be contacted by ISIPL on the mobile number or email address associated with the Account of the Eligible Individual that made the winning Submission.
Each Participant adjudged Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by ISIPL to validate his/her victory and award the Prize.
The prize for each Participant adjudged a Winner (“Prize”) will be a maximum of one (1) official GT jersey for the Eligible Individual and one (1) for their sibling. It is clarified that one (1) jersey shall be signed by Mohammed Siraj and one (1) jersey shall be signed by Shubman Gill.
The Prize for the Contest shall be distributed to the Winners upon the completion of the Contest. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize shall be intimated to each Winner on the mobile number or email address associated with the Account of such Winner.
Any Participant between the age of 13 to 18 years winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the Prize unless, he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.
ISIPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another without providing any notice.
A Participant adjudged a Winner may be required to submit a video testimonial (“Testimonial”), as requested by ISIPL, at no additional cost or charge to ISIPL.
Any costs incurred for collecting the prize shall be to the account of and borne wholly by the Winner, as applicable.
Legal
Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the Platform or otherwise to ISIPL, you agree to grant ISIPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to otherwise use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, location, Sibling Information, the Submission, and the Testimonial. You further agree and acknowledge that ISIPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The Winners (and their sibling in relation to whom the Sibling Information is submitted) must, at the request of ISIPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to ISIPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional activities undertaken by ISIPL.
Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ISIPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relatingto your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a third party’s rights of any nature by you.
Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. ISIPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against ISIPL in relation thereto.
Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms, Points Terms, and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions (“Platform Terms”) will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms, Points Terms, and/or these Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then ISIPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at ISIPL’s discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by ISIPL).
Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant (or their sibling) as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant’s or any other person’s personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
No Reward shall be credited or Prize awarded if the information (including, but not limited to, the Sibling Information and the Submission) furnished by the Participant at the time of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize within the timeline stated by ISIPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and ISIPL shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a Prize to you.
Only the Participant who submits the entry will be eligible to be selected as a Winner.
All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any personal information provided by you to ISIPL will be in accordance with ISIPL’s privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to email communication/newsletters, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from ISIPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.
General ISIPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for Joining; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches the Platform Terms, Points Terms, and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or your participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
