1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are with reference to your participation in the Shubman Birthday Trivia Contest (“Contest”). The Contest is being organized by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (formerly Irelia Sports India Private Limited) (“TGTPL”), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team (“Gujarat Titans”/“GT”).
2. For the purpose of these Terms, “you” and “your” shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. By submitting an Comment (as defined herein), you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.

1. The Contest shall open on 4 September 2026 and close on 8 September 2026 (“Contest Period”).
2. No Comment submitted will be accepted once the Contest Period lapses.
3. TGTPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any issues which may result from submitting Comments in relation to or with reference to your participation in the Contest.

1. Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest (“Participant”) on their own behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of their parent/legal guardian and on the submission of a Comment, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from their parent/legal guardian. In addition to the foregoing, a Participant must be following GT's official Instagram page (gujarat_titans) at the time of submitting a Comment and continuing until the Prize is awarded, to be eligible to win, and TGTPL reserves the right to verify such compliance before declaring any Participant a Winner.
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. TGTPL shall publish a total of twenty-seven (27) trivia questions relating to Shubman Gill, spread across multiple posts on GT's official Instagram page, between the Contest Period. In order to participate in the Contest, you will be required to post your answer to the relevant question, in the comments section of the Instagram post on which that question is published (“Comment”), during the Contest Period. It is clarified that for a valid entry into the Contest, a Comment must be posted by the Participant from the Participant’s own Instagram account, and not from an Instagram account associated with a third party.

1. There will be a maximum of twenty-seven (27) winners in the Contest (each a “Winner”) and the Winners shall be selected randomly using a computerized randomizer tool from all eligible entries received (“Randomizer”).
2. Participants selected as the Winners shall be contacted by TGTPL by way of a direct message sent to the Instagram account from which the winning Comment was posted.
3. The Participants selected as the Winners will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by TGTPL to validate their victory and award the Prize.
4. Each Participant selected as a Winner will stand to win the following prizes (each, a “Prize”):
   1. five (5) miniature cricket bats;
   2. five (5) full-sized cricket bat;
   3. five (5) official GT caps;
   4. five (5) official GT match jerseys; and
   5. seven (7) official GT lavender jerseys.
5. The Prize for each Winner shall be determined randomly by the Randomizer. Information pertaining to the location, venue and the time to collect the relevant Prize will be communicated to the Winner via the Instagram account from which the winning Comment was posted.
6. Participants between the ages of 13 to 18 winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the Prize unless they are represented by the parent/guardian, and the parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on their behalf.
7. TGTPL reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another without providing any notice.
8. The Participants adjudged the Winners may be required to submit a video testimonial (“Testimonial”), as requested by TGTPL, at no additional cost or charge to TGTPL.

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content to the Contest on the Platform, you agree to grant TGTPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that TGTPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The eligible Winners must, at the request of TGTPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to TGTPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by TGTPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TGTPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a third party’s rights of any nature by you.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. TGTPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against TGTPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of the Terms will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then TGTPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at TGTPL’s discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by TGTPL).
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   2. TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
   3. The Prize is personal to the relevant Winner and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
   4. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participants at the time of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   5. In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect their Prize within the timeline stated by TGTPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and Company shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
   6. You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a prize to you.
   7. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to TGTPL will be in accordance with TGTPL’s privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to email communication/newsletters, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from TGTPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

TGTPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for submission of Comments; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.
