1. The Reward Offering

• These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the Titan Hearts Game 2026 ("Offering"). The Offering is being extended by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited, formerly Irelia Sports India Private Limited ("TGTPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional Twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or "GT"). The Offering is being extended on the TitansFAM App (the "Platform").
• For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate/participates in the Offering. By participating in the Offering/accepting the rewards made available as part of the Offering, you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.

2. Opening and Closing Date

1. The Offering's opening time and closing time:
   • Opening time: 14^th February 2026 at 12:00 AM IST;
   • Closing time: 14^th February 2026 at 11:59 PM IST.
2. You will not be eligible to participate in the Offering once the deadline lapses i.e., once the Offering closes as set out under sub-clause a. above.
3. TGTPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from your Account (as defined herein) not being properly registered on the Platform or deregistered for whatsoever reason.

3. Participation

1. Only individuals who have a ‘User Account' on the Platform ("Account") and logged into such Account shall be eligible to participate in the Offering ("Users").
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. In order to participate in the Offering, you are required to play the Valentine's Day themed game ("Game") made available by TGTPL through the Platform. In the Game, a User may tap on ‘Start' to build their score, within a thirty (30) second period, by tapping on virtual falling hearts to gain positive scores and avoiding tapping on the virtual falling penalty objects which will result in negative scores.
4. Every User who participates in the Game prior to the deadline specified in Clause 2(a) above may stand to receive one (1) Prize (as defined herein). From among the Users that participate in the Game, the recipients of the Prize ("Recipients") will be determined through a Randomiser. The Randomiser will select five (5) eligible individuals from among the Users as Recipients and each Recipient shall receive one (1) Prize item.
5. TGTPL's decision on whether any individual is eligible to be a participant in the Offering shall be final and shall not be open to challenge.

4. Prize

1. Users who are selected as Recipients will stand to win one (1) cricket bat signed by Shubman Gill ("Prize").
2. The Prize that a Recipient shall receive will be determined through the Randomiser.
3. There will be a maximum of five (5) Recipients of the Prize, and the Recipients selected will be contacted by TGTPL on the mobile number associated with their Account registered with GT on the Platform.
4. Each Recipient of the Prize will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by TGTPL to validate their selection and claim the Prize.
5. Prizes will be distributed to the respective Recipients after the completion of the Offering. Information pertaining to the location, venue, and time to collect, avail or attend the Prize, as the case may be, will be intimated to each Recipient on the mobile number associated with their Account on the Platform.
6. TGTPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another, without providing any notice.
7. The Userselected as a Recipient and accepting the Prize may be required to submit an image of themselves, a written testimonial, and/or a video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by TGTPL, at no additional cost or charge to TGTPL.
8. Any costs incurred for collecting/availing/attending the Prize (e.g., travel costs to collect/avail/attend the Prize) shall be to the account of and borne wholly by the Recipient.

5. Legal

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the Platform or otherwise to TGTPL, you agree to grant TGTPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, photograph, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that TGTPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever all communication or feedback provided by you. The Recipients who accept the Prizemust, at the request of TGTPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receipt of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to TGTPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by TGTPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TGTPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to: (i) your failure to comply with any terms and conditions prescribed by TGTPL by which you are bound; (ii) any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you; (iii) any breach of applicable law by you; or (iv) any acts or omissions on your part in bad faith.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Offering is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. TGTPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Offering, and you waive any claims against TGTPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions("Platform Terms") will automatically void your participation in the Offering. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms, and/or these Terms is discovered after the award of the Prize, TGTPL has the right to cancel or require the return of such Prize and/or require the refund of the value of the Prize (at TGTPL's discretion), and you agree to, the above. It is clarified that additional costs (if any) incurred by TGTPL in awarding the Prize to a different User (if TGTPL so opts to do), will also be required to be made good by you on demand.
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   2. TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any User as a result of participation in the Offering or accepting the Prizeor any injury or damage to the User's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Offering.
   3. The Prizeis personal to the Recipients and is not transferrable.
   4. No Prizewill be given if the information furnished by the User at the time of the Offering, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   5. In the event a Recipient does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prizewithin the timeline stated by TGTPL, such User shall forfeit the Prize being given, and TGTPL shall have the right to award the same Prize (s) to other User(s).
   6. You are aware that participation in the Offering does not guarantee a Prizeto you.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from TGTPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

6. General

TGTPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms, including insertion of additional terms without notice; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prize associated with the Offering; (iii) disqualify any User who breaches the Platform Terms and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Offering at any stage.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Offering shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offering and/or your participation in the Offering will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
