These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are with reference to your participation in the ’GT Titans Fifer 2026’ (“Contest”). The Contest is being organized by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (“TGTPL”), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team (“Gujarat Titans” or “GT”). GT is offering the Contest on GT’s TitansFAM Application (“Platform”).
For the purpose of these Terms, “you” and “your” shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest.
The Contest shall be operated for each day (“GT Match Day”) during which participates in a match in the IPL 2026 season (“GT Match”), including the play-offs and final, if any.
Users (defined below) registered on the Platform may initiate participation in the Contest for each Match by first tapping on the Titans Fifer banner prior to the relevant Match Day. The contest for each Match will open approximately 3-4 days prior to the Match Day, as determined by the Company at its sole discretion (“Generation Window”).
To participate in the Contest for a particular Match Day, the User must create a Titans Fifer Ticket(defined below) during the Generation Window comprising of five (5) Scenarios (defined below) in total. A Scenario shall be defined as a potential cricketing event that may happen during the Match, which has been provided by GT as a selectable option to the User in three categories, category A, category B and category C (“Categories”) as part of the Contest. The User shall select a maximum of two (2) Scenarios in Category A, a maximum of two (2) Scenarios in Category B and a maximum of one (1) Scenario in Category C for such Match. Once the Scenarios from each Category have been selected, the User shall create a completed ‘housie’ style card reflecting the User’s five (5) chosen Scenarios (“Titans Fifer Ticket”), which shall appear on the Platform. The Titans Fifer Ticket submitted on the Platform by pressing the ‘submit’ button, by the User shall be treated as final and binding, and no further edits can be made to the Scenarios outlined in the Titans Fifer Ticket by the User.
During a pre-designated 24 hour period commencing prior to the Match and concluding after the Match, as communicated by TGTPL to the User (“Live Window”), the User shall be required to track the events of the Match , and manually mark a Scenario outlined in the User’s Titans Fifer Ticket, which correspond in full to actual events in the Match. Upon the conclusion of the Live Window, the User shall submit the marked version of the Titans Fifer Ticket(“Marked Titans Fifer Ticket ”) in the manner outlined in below.
Winners of the Contest (“Winners”) will be determined based on the accuracy of the Scenarios outlined in the User’s Titans Fifer Ticket, based on the events occurring in the relevant Match.
No Marked Titans Fifer Ticketwill be accepted once the Live Window for a particular Match is closed.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Only individuals who have a ‘User Account’ on the Platform (“Account”) shall be eligible to participate in the Contest (“Users”).
Any User above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest on their own behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian and upon submitting the Titans Fifer Ticket, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from his/her parent/legal guardian.
No participation by proxy will be allowed.
OPENING AND CLOSING DATE
The Contest shall open on 28 March 2026 at 02:00 pm IST and close on 25 May 2026, at 12:00pm IST.
TGTPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from exchanging messages with any number in relation to or with reference to your participation in the Contest.
POINTS AND PRIZES
Each User who generates a Titans Fifer Ticket for a Match during the Generation Window shall receive 100 GT Points. Generation of a Titans Fifer Ticket for continuous matches will enable the User to earn streaks and badges as related to the Content. If the User generates a Titans Fifer Ticket for all Matches during the Contest, such User shall be able to increase their streak count and they receive badges accordingly. In the event that a Users fails to generate a Titans Fifer Ticket after starting a streak, the streak will concluded and the User will be required to.
There will bea maximumof five (5) Winners for each Match in the Contest and a maximum of five (5) Winners for overall IPL season, as determined by TGTPL based on the performance of the User and continued engagement with the Contest over the course of all Matches in the Contest. Users who generate Titans Fifer tickets for all Matches will have a better chance to win prizes for the overall IPL season. Users adjudged Winners for a Match Day or the IPL season shall be contacted by TGTPL on the mobile number used by him/her to create an Account.
Each User adjudged as a Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by TGTPL to validate his/her victory and award the Prize (as defined below).
The prizes for each Match Day and the overall IPL season shall be disclosed by the Company at a later date on the Platform (“Prize”). Any travel expenses, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the Winners in connection with availing the Prizes, shall be borne solely by the Winners at their own cost.
The Prizes for the Contest shall be distributed to the Winners after the completion of the Contest. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prizes shall be intimidated to each Winner on the mobile number used by him/her to create an Account.
Any User between the age of 13 to 18 years winning the Contest shall not be entitled to a Prize unless, he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.
TGTPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another without providing any notice.
A User adjudged as a Winner may be required to submit a video testimonial (“Testimonial”), as requested by TGTPL, at no additional cost or charge to TGTPL.
LEGAL
Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content to the Platform or otherwise to TGTPL, you agree to grant TGTPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that TGTPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The eligible Winners must, at the request of TGTPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to TGTPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by TGTPL.
Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TGTPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a third party’s rights of any nature by you/attributable to you.
Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. TGTPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against TGTPL in relation thereto.
Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions (“Platform Terms”) (if applicable) will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms (if applicable) and/or these Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then TGTPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at TGTPL’s discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by TGTPL).
Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
(b) TGTPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any User as a result of entering the Contestor accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the User's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
(c) The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
(d) No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the User at the time of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
(e) In the event a winning User does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize within the timeline stated by TGTPL, such User shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and TGTPL shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other User(s).
(f) You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a Prize to you.
(g) All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to TGTPL will be in accordance with TGTPL’s privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from TGTPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.
GENERAL
TGTPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for submission of Responses; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches the Platform Terms (if applicable) and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or your participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
