Having dominated this campaign and secured a place in our third TATA IPL final, the Titans will look to end the season on a high by clinching a second title against RCB.

We have booked our place in the TATA IPL 2026 Final with a sensational victory over the Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 2. Our boys will now take on the defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, on May 31 at 7:30 PM IST.
Reflecting on our outstanding performance against the Royals in Qualifier 2, our deadly pace duo of Rabada and Siraj struck early in the powerplay to put RR batters under pressure.
Holder then continued his impressive form by picking up two quick wickets in the middle overs. For the Royals, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's blistering 96 off 47 balls helped them post 214/6. KG and Holder were the standout bowlers, claiming two wickets each, while Miyan and Skiddy contributed with one wicket apiece.
Openers Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan approached the chase with aggressive intent, taking the attack to the Rajasthan bowlers from the outset. Our skipper Gill was at his best and brought up a sensational century. Shubman's 104 off 53, combined with Sai Su's sublime 58 off 32, laid the foundation for the chase.
The middle-order duo of Washington Sundar and Rahul Tewatia chipped in with brisk cameos of 16 off 9 and 17 off 9 respectively, helping our Titans chase down the challenging target of 215 with seven wickets in hand and eight balls to spare.
It was a historic night for our Titans as numerous records tumbled in Mullanpur. The opening pair of Gill and Sai Su registered their 11th century partnership and now hold the record for the most 100-plus partnerships in men’s T20 cricket.
They also became the first pair in TATA IPL history to score 700+ runs each in a single edition. Their 167-run stand against RR is the highest ever partnership in TATA IPL Playoffs history.
To cap off a remarkable evening, our Titans also recorded their highest successful run chase in TATA IPL history. Sai Su and Gill have been the pillars of the batting unit, providing scintillating starts throughout the tournament. Given their current form, we will be hoping for another spectacular partnership from the duo in the TATA IPL 2026 Final.
Our road to the TATA IPL 2026 Final has been one to remember for the ages. We have battled through highs and lows throughout the campaign, showcasing remarkable consistency with a five-match winning streak during the group stage and bouncing back from our Qualifier 1 setback with a stellar performance against the Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 2.
