1. THE CONTEST

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the 'Auction ke Titan5' ("Contest"). The Contest is being organized by Irelia Sports India Private Limited ("ISIPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or "GT"). GT is offering the Contest on GT's official website located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com("Website") and on the Titans FAM Application ("App") (collectively, the "Platform").
2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest.
3. Users (defined below) registered on the Platform may participate by creating a Auction ke Titan5 Ticket(defined below) on the Platform, comprising five (5) Scenarios (defined below) in total. A Scenario shall be defined as a potential decision made by GT during the IPL Auction 2026 ("Auction"), which has been provided by GT as a selectable option to the User in three categories, category A, category B and category C ("Categories") as part of the Contest. A total of twenty-four (24) Scenarios comprising of ten (10) Scenarios in Category A, eight (8) Scenarios in Category B, and six (6) Scenarios in Category C, shall be presented to the User, and the User shall select exactly two (2) Scenarios in Category A, exactly two (2) Scenarios in Category B and exactly one (1) Scenario in Category C. Once the Scenarios from each Category have been selected, the User shall create a completed ‘housie' style card reflecting the User's five (5) chosen Scenarios ("Auction ke Titan5 Ticket"), which shall appear on the Platform. The Auction ke Titan5 Ticket submitted on the Platform by pressing the ‘Confirm & Submit' button, by the User shall be treated as final and binding, and no further edits can be made to the Scenarios outlined in the Auction ke Titan5 Ticket by the User.

2. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest ("Participant") on their own behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian and upon submitting the Auction ke Titan5 Ticket, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from his/her parent/legal guardian.
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. Only individuals who have a ‘User Account' on the Platform ("Account") shall be eligible to participate in the Contest ("Users").

3. OPENING AND CLOSING DATE

1. The Contest shall open on 05 December 2025 at 02:00 pm IST and close on 17 December 2025, at 12:00am IST. It is hereby clarified that the User shall be required to create the Auction ke Titan5 Ticket with the five (5) chosen Scenarios before 12.00 pm IST on 16 December 2025.
2. On 16 December 2025, once the TATA IPL Auction begins, the User shall be required to track the events of the Auction at the Auction Centre on the Platform, and manually mark a Scenario outlined in the User's Auction ke Titan5 Ticket, which correspond in full to GT's actual selections made in the Auction. Upon the conclusion of the Auction, the User shall submit the marked version of the Auction ke Titan5 Ticket("Marked Auction ke Titan5 Ticket ") in the manner outlined in Clause 4 (i). No Marked Auction ke Titan5 Ticket will be accepted once the deadline lapses i.e., once the Contest closes as set out under sub-clause (i) above.
3. Once the Auction is completed, the User shall either: (i) download the Marked Auction ke Titan5 Ticket with the successfully selected Scenarios on the Website and upload it on the ‘Titans FAM Wall'; or (ii) take a screenshot of the Marked Auction ke Titan5 Ticket with the selected successful Scenarios and upload it on the ‘Titans FAM Wall'.
4. ISIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from exchanging messages with any number in relation to or with reference to your participation in the Contest.

4. PRIZE

1. Winners of the Contest ("Winners") will be determined based on the accuracy of the Scenarios outlined in the User's Marked Auction ke Titan5 Ticket, based on the outcomes of the Auction. Once the Marked Auction ke Titan5 Ticket is submitted to GT as per Clause 3(ii), Participants shall be evaluated in the following hierarchical order: First, those who correctly predict all five (5) selected Scenarios on their Marked Auction ke Titan5 Ticket will be considered. In the event no Participant satisfies this criterion, the next group of Participants shall consist of those who correctly predict four (4) Scenarios in their Marked Auction ke Titan5 Ticket. If no Participants qualify under the aforementioned categories, the subsequent group for consideration shall consist of those who correctly predict three (3) Scenarios in their Marked Auction ke Titan5 Ticket. Should no Participants meet the qualifications at this stage, the next group to be considered shall include those who correctly predict at least two (2) Scenarios in their Marked Auction ke Titan5 Ticket. Finally, in the event that none of the preceding conditions are met, Participants who correctly predict one (1) Scenario in their Marked Auction ke Titan5 Ticket, shall be considered. In the event no Participant correctly predicts any Scenarios, GT reserves the right to not consider any Participants to be eligible for the Prizes. A computerized randomizer tool shall be employed to select the final Winners from the eligible Participants.
2. There will bea maximum of ten (10) Winners in the Contest, as determined by the randomizer and the Participants adjudged Winners shall be contacted by ISIPL on the mobile number used by him/her to create an Account.
3. Each Participant adjudged as a Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by ISIPL to validate his/her victory and award the Prize (as defined below).
4. The prize for each Participant adjudged a Winner ("Prize") shall include the following: (i) 1^stPrize: two (2) hospitality home game match tickets, one (1) Shubman Gill signed GT Cap, and one (1) 2026 GT Blue Match Jersey, to be availed by a maximum of one (1) winner as determined by the randomizer; (ii) 2^nd and 3^rd Prize: two (2) hospitality home game match tickets, one (1) Mohammed Siraj signed cap, and one (1) Siraj signed GT blue match jersey; to be availed by a maximum of two (2) Winners as determined by the randomizer; (iii) 4^th and 5^th Prize: Jos Buttler signed GT Cap and one (1) Buttler signed GT blue match jersey; to be availed by a maximum of two (2) Winners as determined by the randomizer; and (iv) 6^th-10^th Prize Rashid Khan signed ball and Rashid Khan signed GT blue match jersey, to be availed by a maximum of five (5) Winners as determined by the randomizer. Any travel expenses, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the Winners in connection with attending the home match of GT, beyond the provided tickets, shall be borne solely by the Winners at their own cost.
5. The Prize for the Contest shall be distributed to the Winners after the completion of the Contest. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize shall be intimidated to each Winner on the mobile number used by him/her to create an Account.
6. Any Participant between the age of 13 to 18 years winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the Prize unless, he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.
7. ISIPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another without providing any notice.
8. The Participant adjudged the Winner may be required to submit a video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by ISIPL, at no additional cost or charge to ISIPL.

5. LEGAL

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content to the Platform or otherwise to ISIPL, you agree to grant ISIPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that ISIPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The eligible Winners must, at the request of ISIPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to ISIPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by ISIPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ISIPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you/attributable to you.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. ISIPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against ISIPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions("Platform Terms") (if applicable) will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms (if applicable) and/or these Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then ISIPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at ISIPL's discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by ISIPL).
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   2. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contestor accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
   3. The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
   4. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   5. In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize within the timeline stated by ISIPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and ISIPL shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
   6. You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a Prize to you.
   7. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to ISIPL will be in accordance with ISIPL's privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from ISIPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

6. GENERAL

ISIPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for submission of Responses; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches the Platform Terms (if applicable) and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or your participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
