1. THE CONTEST

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the 'Secret Santa' ("Contest"). The Contest is organized by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or "GT"). The Contest is offered by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) on GT's Instagram Page (the "Platform").
2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. Joining the Contest in the manner provided under Paragraph 2 hereinbelow or acceptance of a Prize in the manner provided under Paragraph 4 hereinbelow, shall constitute unconditional and unequivocal acceptance of these Terms.

2. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest ("Participant") on their own behalf only.Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian and upon such person Joining the Contest, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from his/her parent/legal guardian.
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. Only individuals who have a 'User Account' on the Platform ("Account") shall be eligible to participate in the Contest ("Eligible Individuals").
4. To participate in the Contest, Eligible Individuals are required to a) tag 2 friends. b) follow Gujarat Titans Instagram Page
5. A Submission from an Eligible Individual constitutes the Eligible Individual's official entry into the Contest ("Joining").
6. The GT team will review the comments and include such comments as are deemed fit, appropriate and suitable (it being understood that such determination shall be at the GT team's sole and absolute discretion and no challenge shall lie against the same) on the Instagram Page of Gujarat Titans. In this regard, it is clarified that only clear and in-focus Submissions will be considered for inclusion on the contest; Accounts that deem to be dummy accounts will not be eligible
7. Submissions must be respectful, not violate the rights of others, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. OPENING AND CLOSING DATE

2. Opening time: December 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM IST; and
3. Closing time: December 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM IST
4. You will not be eligible to participate in the Contest once the deadline lapsese., once the Contest closes as set out under Paragraph 3(a) above.
5. Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from your Account not being properly registered on the Platform or deregistered for any reason whatsoever.

4. PRIZE

1. There will be a maximum of thirty (30) winners of the Contest ("Winners") of which winners will be chosen in groups of three - the one person leaving the comment and the two persons tagged in the comment - as long as the group of three follow the Gujarat Titans official Instagram page.. The Winners shall be such Eligible Individuals the content of whose Submissions is adjudged to be the best, ranked from one to ten (1-30), by the GT content team in its sole judgement, which judgment or the manner in which it was arrived at shall not be open to challenge. Thus, complaints, disputes, or objections regarding the selection of Winners or any other aspect of the Contest will not be entertained.
2. The Participants adjudged Winners shall be contacted by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) on the mobile number or email address associated with the Account of the Winner.
3. Each Participant adjudged Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by ITorrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) to validate his/her victory and award the Prize (as defined below).
4. The prizes for each Participant adjudged a Winner (each a "Prize") will be awarded, as a surprise signed merch.
5. The Prizes for the Contest shall be distributed to the Winners upon the completion of the Contest. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prizes shall be intimated to each Winner on the mobile number or email address associated with the Account of such Winner.
6. Any Participant between the age of 13 to 18 years winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the Prize unless he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.
7. Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another without providing any notice.
8. A Participant adjudged a Winner may be required to submit a video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited), at no additional cost or charge to ISIPL.
9. Any costs incurred for collecting/using the Prize (e.g., travel costs to attend the GT home match) shall be to the account of and borne wholly by the Winner.

5. LEGAL

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content for the Contest on the Platform or otherwise to Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited), you agree to grant Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to otherwise use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, location, the Submission, or the Testimonial. You further agree and acknowledge that Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The Winners must, at the request of Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited), participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) using their name, likeness and image in all promotional activities undertaken by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited).
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions ("Platform Terms") will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms and/or these Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited)).
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   2. Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
   3. The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
   4. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time of entering the Contest or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   5. In the event a Winner does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize within the timeline stated by Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited), such Winner shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and ISIPL shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
   6. You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a Prize to you.
   7. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any personal information provided by you to Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) will be in accordance with Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited)'s privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to email communication/newsletters, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

6. GENERAL

Torrent Gujarat Titans Private Limited (Formerly known as Irelia Sports India Private Limited) reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for Joining; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches the Platform Terms, and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or your participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India
